I had several concerns during my recent visit to your store. First, some items were not properly registered into the system, preventing customers from purchasing them. Specifically, the 10 for $10 display of alcohol shots was unavailable for purchase because it wasn’t in the system.
Additionally, during my visit between 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM, I observed employees (or possibly a lead) near the registers using their personal phones and not paying attention to customers. From my understanding of retail practices, scanning a different product in place of alcohol is not only unprofessional but also illegal.
Lastly, the electric carts were dead, making it difficult for customers who need assistance to shop.
Please ensure that proper procedures are followed, and that equipment is maintained, especially when it comes to alcohol sales and customer service.

Putting a pickup order at 2 and immediately after can’t add something I forgot. Fine, my fault, glad they are on it today!
Here comes pickup time 3 hours later and they text that they’re running behind.
Adding one star because our pickup attendant was so friendly and nice. Just can’t STAND Kroger systems

Small! Headquarters needs to make an investment in this store and turn it into a Marketplace to remain viable. There are only 4 grocery style stores in town - 2 run by big companies and Kroger is one of them and doesn't match the "W" store in size and product availability. Turning this into a Marketplace would push the other 3 to do better and the community would greatly benefit from it.

I'm a big fan of the products and selection at Kroger, but unfortunately, the checkout experience is a different story. While I appreciate the efficiency of the self-checkout machines, the constant prompts to 'place item in bag' and the finicky scanners drive me crazy! It's frustrating to deal with the machine's errors, today my items were counted. I wish they would improve this process. Despite this, I'll continue shopping at Kroger for their great products, but I'll be bracing myself for the checkout struggle each time

I had new tires put on and the employee who helped me, I think his name was Bob, was extremely nice and explained all that would be done!! He was so nice that since it was soon time to change my oil that I decided to do that also!! Recommend the Auto Care Center!!!

the people are friendly. but corporate greed needs to stop along with there union greed. $3 for a 2 litre of mt.dew can be had for $1.78 at Walmart. you lost my business for good
