Place was busy and checkout had a line with a 15 min wait but the checkout girls were very friendly.

I went shopping at the Kohls store in Defiance. It's always a pleasant experience. Randi the assistant manager helped me find something I was looking for with a smile and kind words as always. She always makes my shopping at Kohls an enjoyable experience. Mandy checked me out at the register and did a great job.
