Had some complications with my bank card, however, the representative, Ashley Miler, was very kind and friendly toward me and helped me fix my issue. It is very much appreciated, I highly recommend her services ! Glad I chose to go through Huntington Bank as my bank choice.

For all your needs that you’d like handled professionally this place is not it. If you do things internationally or with trading in currencies this place is a joke, the on hand staff has no knowledge of it and the management is even worse. They don’t answer phones and when they return calls they insult you. I would not recommend this defiance Huntington branch to anyone who values their time.

I don't know if all Huntington Banks are this bad but the customer service at this branch is horrible. I have been to this location twice to do nothing more than close my account and the first time waited 15 minutes and still couldn't get it accomplished. Just left again and there was six people waiting in the lobby with no employees in sight. Obviously understaffed. There are better Banks than this.

Everybody knows me by name. They always great me when I come in. I've had no issues with them.

Friendly, my entire family banks here and we’ve had no issues. Helped my kids get established with first accounts, helped my parents with retirement, been here for years and they’ve been there every step of the way.

Everytime I go there they know me by name know what I am withdrawing and how I want it in bills If I ever have any questions they can figure it out right away if not they call me right back. I never seem to have a problem with them at all. I have been with Huntington Bank since 2008 since I moved to this state.

Been a member of Huntington for 2 YEARS. last week I deposited a check in person, nothing was directly said to me. The uneducated teller decided to try and hold a payroll check(in the amount of 90.00) for 24hrs before making the funds available to me. NOT A PERSONAL CHECK, BUT PAYROLL CHECK! I didn't know until I was 60 miles away and the card was declined at gas pump. I called, teller was extremely rude. I had to remind her I have deposited multiple checks before... this was nothing different, and it's a payroll check, not a personal. She released the funds making them available and never even said sorry

I have had both good and bad experiences here. Their biggest problem is the \\\" corporate\\\" attitude, verses the \\\"hometown\\\" feel of a lot of our other banks in town.

If you have any kind of problem dealing with your account I wouldn't go to this branch! They are very good at acting as if they are trying to help and then explaining that nothing is their fault. They do not offer options on ways to correct the situation or how to prevent it in the future. And I had multiple pages of information with. Then when you are sick of explaining the situation for the fifth and sixth time, they will tell you that the situation is your fault and you need to leave. So if you enjoy customer harassment I would definitely go to this branch, because that is what you will get.
