Can't give zero but 2nd year they have messed up our taxes this year we went back to get missing paperwork they told us they didn't have it even though they did taxes and then kicked us out when we said we weren't coming back this was all from owner and his wife

I was conned into paying almost $300 to have my taxes done by h&r block to get a refund advance loan. I qualify for free tax preparation. My refund is over $5000 and I was denied refund advance loan. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years and I couldn't even get a discount!
