They charge you 37 dollars per transaction no matter how little every 24 hours until your accounts positive and won’t stop things from overdrawing your account even when you’ve opted out of overdraft the manager christy is especially mean said should stop being poor extremely predatory bank online banking app sucks and the bank statements are disorganized and don’t chow when the actual charge was made

The staff and service at this location is always top notch! I like fifth third in general. I hate the new app they switched to, the old one was much easier to use and made more sense, but that is not the fault of this particular location, that would be an issue at a different level….however, I’m hoping someone will take note of my opinion….this location gets 5 stars. The app gets 0 stars!

Called to talk to someone about a problem with my credit card. Ended up talking with Tiffany in the Defiance branch who had not a clue about how credit reports worked. She was also the worst person to be doing anything customer service related. She was not helpful in the least!!

We have not been happy with the Defiance branch of Fifth Third since we moved up north two years ago. We did not have these problems when we lived in Dayton and banked at Fifth Third since 2007. We were talked into getting a new, improved credit card in July by our account specialist. The bank was supposed to set up auto pay which we had for our old card. They didn't do that. Our bill did not get paid on Thursday. We never got a notice or reminder. Our card was declined on Saturday so we went to the bank in person, paid the bill, and thought we had the issue resolved. It is now Monday night and our card is still declined. We called customer service and were told they will take care of it tomorrow. Their excuse was "we don't work on weekends". Last time I checked, Monday (August 23) is a workday, not part of the weekend. Fifth Third has crapped on us for the final time. We have been talking about finding a new bank and now Fifth Third has made that decision for us. ByeBye Fifth Third. You suck!

I work for mercy as a courier. I come here to drop off money bags and on several occasions they will help people that came way after me first making me least priority. I am still a customer yet I'm treated as a less important customer because they help others first even when I'm there before they areUpdate they have gotten better at this so I increased there rating to 4 stars very friendly at the least they always are.
