Amazing customer service from the time to purchase/order my vehicle to any maintenance and services. Fair and will work with your needs. Best dealership I've ever been to.

I emailed them asking if a Jeep I was looking for was in stock. It was! GREAT! I told them I would be there in the morning and if I liked it I would be buying it that day. So I drive the hour and 15 minutes to the dealer only to find out it was somewhere else being detailed...OK I only took the day off work to check out the car... They told me to come in the following Monday, then texted me Monday morning that they sold the Jeep I was wanting after I had already taken another half day off work. This left a pretty bad taste in my mouth. You could not pay me to buy a car from Estle Cheverolet-Cadillac anymore.

Decent deal but possibly deceptive sales technique. I purchased a used Jeep from Estle "as-is". They negotiated very little even though there were a couple known issues. On my way home, a trouble light came on the dash. I called them as they said "probably the gas cap". I got it to my mechanic the next day and there's was a whole host of error codes and his option was that they had been recently cleared at the dealer because there was too many to "just come up at once". Since I am over 2 hours away from Estle, I emailed them and of course never heard back. Now I am nearly $2000 in to repairing what was mostly likely a know issue when they sold me the car. Maybe have a code reader handy when buying from this place.

I purchased a 2010 Camaro from you on Aug.14, 2020. I made several calls to talk to someone about a problem receiving my title. It was very frustrating because I could not get anyone to return my calls. I live an hour away so it wasn't feasible for me to make a trip there. I finally called and asked to talk to whomever was not on the phone. I finally got through to talk to someone. It took almost a month to receive my title. This is very poor public relations. I am sorry to say that I won't be coming back to purchase anything from you. Robert S.

We purchased a "Certified Preowned" vehicle from Estle in February 2019. Not only was the "certified" and "inspected" car missing the cover for the undercarriage, the cooling pipes were aftermarket-- as in, not the "premium" parts that our Certification called for. Also, the tubes were not properly secured to the car body, which caused them to rub together and develop holes. We only discovered this issue when the service light came on. We took the vehicle to another Chevy dealership (closer to where we lived) to be repaired under warranty and were shown what had happened. That dealership said the warranty doesn't cover after-market parts-- which we never should have had in the first place! For those of you who say "Of course Estle should cover the repairs and re-certify the car!"-- You're right, they should. We got someone to take our first call and promise to call back. Since then, we have heard nothing. We have left several messages and no one has returned a call. Estle should do what's right by standing by the vehicle they sold us and honoring the warranty, but I am not hopeful that they will. UPDATE-- We spoke to someone on the phone on 9/20, We were told that the only way to have our car repaired was to bring it back to Estle at our expense. It's also a five-hour round trip. When I asked if it could be repaired locally and the two dealerships work together to cover the cost, I was told "It just doesn't work that way." We dropped it off on 9/23. When it's ready, we'll drive the five hours to pick it up. Estle told us they will recheck the inspection points for the certification before giving it back. Regardless of whether our car is repaired properly this time or not, we have lost faith in the "certification" process. We are worried about what may happen down the road when we discover another bad repair job on our "certified" vehicle.
