Great place to shop, had a great customer experience workers all around the store asking if you need help finding anything, cashier made great conversation and my coupons were excepted!

This place needs to be gone. Their managers are worthless. When you go in to buy something and they refuse to sell it to you because one of their employees are scared to sell item to you. If there was 0 stars they would have gotten 0. Worthless place.

ordered a firearm, was told i needed to get a paper ID since my drivers license address wasnt up to date. I got a temporary paper ID the next day at the BMV and came back and was told dunhams policy is they dont take paper IDs and that they could have used my vehicle registratrion which had the correct address, but since getting an updated ID they couldnt use the registration now, id have to wait for the new ID card in the mail. they then told me they informed the employee he was incorrect after i left. i asked why nobody called to tell me before i spent the time and money. no answer to that, they apologized but still wouldnt work with me. talked to manager on duty and she said "well what do you want me to do about it" i asked how they would take care of me for having to wait an additional 30 days for my new ID card and being patient with them over their mistake and she said "well im not giving you a discount if thats what you want"I wont be purchasing anything from them again.

I wasn't impressed with the cashier. She wouldn't even wait a second for me to give her my phone number to see if I was inrolled in the loyality program they have. So I lost out on some points because we spent over 500.

Ammo is priced ridiculous at Dunham's nowadays. It's easy for them to keep ammo in stock when they price it out of this world.

When you're the only option for sporting goods in town, apparently you don't have to have any kind of customer service. It's nearly impossible to get help or ask a question of the staff because they are nonexistent. The lady who rang up my order was wonderful, but stated that another staff member was called out of the store so there were only 3 people in the store and one of them was unloading a delivery truck. This is inexcusable.
