Yes my Name is Howard,I got my 2017 Chevy Colorado battery and alternator check out in defiance ohio ,they said battery ok alternator failed test ,so I took vehicle to chevy dealer where I A warranty on things like alternator and they said nothing's wrong with alternator,but the battery was bad

I just wanted to give a shout out to Mark for outstanding customer service. I was stuck across the street at Speedway with a dead battery and Mark went above and beyond by coming over with a jump box to try & get me on the road again. Even though it wasn't successful, I appreciated all his efforts to help. (Sorry it drained your jump box! I received GREAT customer service today at Auto Zone in Defiance. My battery needed to be replaced. They checked the computer to see if it was still under warranty…the warranty had expired exactly 30 days prior. I was given a brand new battery (with no warranty). Auto Zone could have made me pay for the new battery, but they didn’t. I will continue to use Auto Zone as they went above and beyond. I highly recommend them!

My vehicle's battery decided to give up the ghost on the coldest day of the year and on a Sunday! We called around to a few places, but most were not open or would no help in changing out the battery. I'm happy to report that not only did the Autozone in Defiance, OH have the battery that I needed, but that their employee, Mark, helped with the removal and installation of the batteries. It was terribly cold and he could have refused. Instead, he went above and beyond to make sure that I had the right battery and was back on the road without fear of needing the jumper cables. Thanks so much for being so helpful!!

Overall a good parts store. Helpful staff, yesterday the manager checked my engine light, determined it was bad battery. The man replaced my battery. Appreciate this dedicated worker. Rewards program kinda sucks with time limit on it.

Stayed on hold for about 20 mins didn’t give any chance to say anything just answered the phone and said please hold and put me on hold. The guy who finally got on the phone wasn’t listening to me when I explained what I needed. Not too pleased with this store.
