“Most honest place I've found in Defiance. Crew is funny and friendly, and they know their trade like it's basic math. They do their best to accommodate their customers too. I went with a broken wiper blade (of course on a rainy day), and they fixed it on the spot. New location is on second Street across from McDonald's.”

“Good people. Lost a receipt to from a prior servicing. They believed me when I told them the situation and they helped me out. I'm not saying to do this. They really do need receipts. I truly lost the receipt and they fixed the problem that was unresolved the first time for free. I'm thankful and they didn't seem to have any problems aside from needing a receipt. They said it helps them tremendously to have one. Unfortunately they couldn't find it on the computer either but fortunately they were reasonable and willing charge nothing. Thank you Belle Tire!”
