Jacob was very friendly and knowlegable. A small selection of recliners but I was able to find one. Of course it's more then I wanted to spend but with the fathers day promotion, buy one get one it's a great deal. Really enjoyed the hospitality

To much crazy paperwork when paying cash. Would not take item off showroom floor until I was able to pick up in a few days. Poor customer service ?

I felt very comfortable talking with the employees at Ashley furniture in Defiance ohio. Very polite and up to the task !!! They deserve a raise in pay! Definitely.

The store is the blind leading the blind. Baught a mattress for my daughters bed, it had to be ordered from the warehouse. They said 3 to 5 days. 14 days and having to call the warehouse 2 times we finally got it delivered. They said at the store they would take the old mattress and the driver refused.
So we called about that and they denied ever saying that the driver takes the old away.
Lousy customer service
This is not the first time but will be the last time and I ever do business with Ashley.

Ashley furniture is the best place to go if you want good quality furniture, everyone is very nice and down to earth very easy to talk to. I was very comfortable with Emma and Brian keep up the good work and Thank you for making my day. Pamela Perry.
