The lady that helped me was talking down to me like I was stupid and treating me like I was dumb because I went in to get a nut and she gave me one that was way bigger than what I asked for and I told her this is too big for what I wanted and she treated me like I was stupid and goes no it's the exact same thing I told her no ma'am this is bigger I asked to speak to the owner because she said she was the manager and she's being very rude and disrespectful to me they refused to let me to speak to the owner and then she started yelling well you can leave your phone number I'll give it to him hahaha as I was walking out of the store I told her there was no reason for her to talk to me like I am dumb and be disrespectful and she kept screaming out the door as I'm trying to walk away putting me down the woman that is very rude and disrespectful treats you like you're stupid she was talking down to me will not go there again

Always greeted by the friendly staff and asked if I need help. I head to Arps before going to the big box stores and 9 times out of 10 they have exactly what I need. They may not have 30 of them on the shelf but they have the one that I need. I buy everything from screws to garden plants here. Sometimes I am there couple times a month. Sometimes it is more like 3x in a day if changing the plan during a project. I am so thankful to have Arps close to home. I feel good about patronizing this small business.
