“I needed to have my anniversary band resized and had a woven gold bracelet that needed repair. I found James Wolf on Google and had a great experience. The work on both was excellent and very fast (less than a week). The price was within the range I was expecting based upon searching the internet. And the people there were very pleasant and clearly expert (oh, and the inventory in the store was gorgeous!). Highly recommend this jeweler!”
“I highly recommend this company! I had a wedding band set that I wanted to sell and had no idea where to start. They gave me advice on how/where to sell for the best price, they cleaned my jewelry, and they did not charge me anything! I was there for less than 30 minutes and received reliable information that would have taken me hours to search for on my own. They could have made $100 for my appointment, but instead they took the time out of their day to help me at no gain to themselves. Great company with outstanding service!”

The guy who helped us (curly mustache, I don’t know his name! lol) answered all our questions, was patient, very helpful and helped us create just what we were looking for my custom necklace.

“I stopped by Bihl Brother’s last week to fix a necklace that had some wear and tear, and didn’t know how to fix it myself. The owners were incredibly friendly, and ultimately ended fixing it at no cost (it was a very small fix). Would highly recommend them, they know what they’re doing and are enjoyable to have a conversation with. Would honestly give six stars if I could.They have a cute, friendly dog that hangs around the store too!”
