Great experience at the Centerville location self-wash service! My anxious heeler desperately needed a bath before ACL surgery and the tub at home wasn’t an option in his current condition. He refused the steps but the employee was so kind and patient and lifted him in and out of the tub (and he’s a chubby boy!). Their wash system was fast and easy, and the raised tub saved me from hours of back pain. I am so grateful for the help of the employee and we will definitely come back after he’s healed from surgery.

Paid 40 dollars I couldn't even tell I took my dog she didn't smell any better her nails weren't clipped she had dandruff was a big waste of money the man was very rude too that waited on us I believe he said he was the owner of the place

Fantastic experience with the self-service wash . My dog has always had anxiety issues and has improved a lot in the last few years. I was surprised how comfortable she was in the open space with the other people and dogs. Employees were knowledgeable and friendly. She left looking great and in a very chill mood the entire ride home. We 100% will be back. Thank you so much!

?An amazing self wash dog store. I appreciated the gentleman working there getting the supplies I needed for my dog. I wouldn't go anywhere else,at this point, for what I paid. In addition, it's close to my other favorite store!

Talked us through the process and made sure we were confident in our abilities. Husky was a lot calmer with us doing the bath, than when had him cleaned else where.

If I could give zero stars, I would.I paid for the Furminator and nail trimming for my chocolate lab.When she came over to me, I picked up her paw, not only were the nails not filed, she had a nail that was bleeding. She was shaking scared, so, I gave her a big hug and started to pet her. She smelled like wet dog and hair was flying everywhere. She also had dried white stuff all over her snout????I asked what they did to remove her loose hair (Furminator) and they said that they washed and dried her. What?????I asked for a brush and the attached picture is what I got off of her in their lobby during a 5 minute brushing.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Kind friendly place. Fantastic customer service. The blow dryers are super powerful. Way easier than bathing at home in the tub! Well worth the money.
