This is a review of the WM residential service in Dayton area. This business is predatory and we've had the worst experience with them. They do not value recycling and force that upon their customers, switching to pickup every other week in tiny bins without change in service price. In addition, expect pricing to increase every billing cycle unless you call to call them out on their made up fees and charges. Absolutely absurd!

Waste pick up is wonderful but recycling does not pick up our recycling. Waste leaves site clean and the price for service is great! Of course with the exception of the lack of recycling service.

great service; Time of day for service is excellent and during normal business hours---unlike other companies that come through the neighborhood at 3 AM.
