I have a 2022 Atlas bought brand new. I drive a lot in sales. Started having major issues at 75,000 miles. In 10 mos. 3 bolts backed out of the cam cage/carrier which I felt was a manufacturer defect. VW took zero responsibility for I called customer care. Car was out of manufacturer’s warranty. They said it shouldn’t have happened. The car has only had oil changes. It will have cost me approx. $4500.00 in 2 separate issues that we now know were connected. While white Allen didn’t handle the first issue I didn’t want to take it back to Evan’s because my experience there was worse and this current problem is something that could have been avoided had Evan’s recommended having the pvc valve or oil separator valve replaced since they are know to fail. My problem isn’t with Tim at White Allen who helped me he was very nice professional. I feel he is at the dealerships mercy!! My problem is they charge to have your car diagnostics done $175.00. Now when I made the appt. This was not mentioned to me this was told to me when I dropped of the car. I really feel this is something that should be discussed. some people may not have it or want to spend that. When I picked up the vehicle the bill was over 200.00 mind you I didn’t have them fix it it’s 2000.00 to fix it and I don’t have it. I asked to see the bill and there was a misc. charge of 26.00. I asked what the misc. charges were for and I was told shop towels and such. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The dealership has us paying for shop towels. Never again will I pay for diagnostic or shop towels. Now I can tell you the 175.00 does come off your bill if you have them fix it. I am not. I’m taking mine to a local trusted fully insurance top mechanic in my town. It cost less and it puts food on his table. These dealerships are out of the minds!! I will never buy another VW they are not as reliable as they have been in the past. I’ve owned Honda Audi and Mercedes and this is my first VW and those cars all ran for more that 200,000 miles with very very little problems!!

The gentleman that checked me in and out was awesome. However, the tech who brought my car for me.
Well when I opened the door. I got a distinct odor of someone who passed gas.
That I am not happy about.

We showed up when they first opened and received immediate help. Briston Koller was really nice. I bought my first car and he walked me through the entire process. We also got a great deal on this car. It looks brand new. I love this car so much. Thank you Briston and thank you White-Allen Volkswagen.

A huge step above and beyond quality service, issued an estimate and the repair was much more complicated but honored the original estimate also took a little longer but promptly supplied a loner vehicle Chad was my service manager explained everything very well and truly an upstanding gentleman and I will never go anywhere else for my VW service thanks to all!!!

The approach to Customer service definitely needs to reviewed and improved. Making an appointment is difficult getting through by phone. Once you reach a rep, you answer several questions only to be transferred to a scheduler that asks the same questions again.
The appointment time is not respected and always takes longer than planned for routine maintenance such as an oil change.
I received a coupon in the mail for a discount which the cashier said would take 5 to 10 minutes to process. Why give a coupon if you make it painful to use.
White Allen needs to re-evaluate their service experience with the customer focus in mind.

Pittsburgh aka Kenny the shuttle driver and Chad who helped me getting things set up for getting my Atlas serviced were so helpful, nice and just awesome. Appreciate them and their customer service which was exceptional! Hard to find places these days where they treat you like family! Proud to have a VW!

Isaiah did an amazing job keeping me informed as a new VW owner. Isaiah did not pressure me (like salesman have at other dealerships) and he simply answered all my questions AND THEN SOME.
I traded in my Jeep Grand Cherokee and drove this 2024 Atlas off the lot. Thank you White Allen and thank you Isaiah for your professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge of every car on the lot!
