I walked in early for my appointment because I figured all of the numbers behind the panel code meant way more than an oil change was needed. Instead of it just being an hour, it was going to be about 2 hours of work/ maintenance. I asked if there was a courtesy vehicle I could use because I had another appointment I needed to make before the 2 hours would have been completed. Courtesy vehicle set up, & I was on my way. They completed the work in record time too. And...a free car wash to boot! Nice!

I had an excellent experience at White Allen Honda hunting for and then ultimately purchasing a new hybrid accord. My sales rep, Brian Shults was exceptional. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. There was zero pressure from him. My finance guy, Larry Percifull also provided a no pressure closing of the sale. They are both very friendly and my made my entire buying experience a success.

White Allen Honda service shop performed a courtesy multi-point vehicle inspection of my Odyssey while I waited. They topped up all of the fluids and tire pressure and did an all around vehicle inspection to ensure readiness for a long weekend road trip. I'm very pleased with their service.

Ask for Singh! We called about a new Civic and he had it ready to go when we showed up. Friendly, no pressure salesmanship was appreciated as were the Werther’s candies throughout the process. Highly recommended dealership.

We had less than satisfactory success in working with our usual dealership in our most recent car search, so we thought we would give White Allen Honda a try. We were very impressed with them from the start, with our salesperson Singh being very helpful in answering all our questions. Long story short we drove home with our new CRV the same day. All of the staff that we meet and worked with were very friendly and helpful. Needless to say we have found our new car dealership, to whom I would recommend to all.

Great service! Initially met with an individual in the service department who was friendly and professional. He explained upfront what would be performed today, how long it would take, and the estimated costs. He then walked me to the waiting area, which was immaculate and stocked with beverages and snacks. The work performed actually took less time to accomplish. I was in and out relatively quickly. And my overall cost was $0…granted it was for a recall to update software and to reattach a flash plate that had come loose and scraping the road. Overall, a great experience!
