Call Dan about a car they had. He knew I had over an hour drive to get there as soon as I walked in the door they claim the car just sold. I don't believe they ever had the car. This is nothing but a bait and switch will never do business there. I believe this is nothing more than a bait and switch scam looking over the reviews. I see this has happened to other people also.I will never do business with white Honda

I drove from Cincinnati to look at a new car they had in the color I wanted. I was immediately greeted when I walked in the door & allowed to get in the car and check it out. Bill Morrow was great to work with & I'm happy to have purchased from him. This will be my first stop when its time to buy my wife a new car.

Nice to know that White Allen Honda attempted to rip my 71 year old mother off at the service department this morning. Their new service manager, James, made excuses and basically told me to take the partial refund he felt he didn't owe her. Brought in for an oil change and B service. Stated she wanted the oil change only. They tried to sell her a $100 tire rotation (Discount did it for free since I bought the tires there), tried to sell her a $157 brake fluid flush (not realizing it was done 3 years ago and they inspected and topped it off in November 2021 under my account), and when that wasn't enough after she had said no to all of it, they had her sign an estimate that included new wipers and didn't tell her it was on there (and they just put new ones on in November 2021) and charged her $31 for them. When I called and threw a fit they only agreed to refund $25 of the charges because they refused to refund any part of this 15% fee they charge you for just bringing your car to them now stating this is in addition to shop costs and oil disposal fees already added to an oil change cost. I'd been bringing my 2014 Civic to them since I moved back here in 2015. I gave the car to my Mom in fall of 2021 because she needed a newer one badly and I kept bringing the car to White Allen for and sometimes with her. The last time she was there they tried to convince her that her brand new tires were bald. The last few times she's gone in there she's called me upset because someone tries to pull something. I used to believe in dealer service depts but white Allen has been screwing me over even with their body shop since 2021. Car had to go back to the body shop 3 times because they messed up repairs. I'll be taking the Civic to my mechanics at Supertech in Union. Dale Milby at least kept the crews mostly honest or fixed things. Never spoke to me in such a way telling me to let my mother know be careful what she signs over there because their service writers are always right. Avoid this shitshow of a dealership these days. Their integrity is long gone.

Tire on my Odyssey went flat on south I-75. Pulled in and their Service department was great. Took the van right in and checked the tire. Couldn't repair it but they put the spare on and got us on our way with no charge for their time.

This people should be out of business!!!! They sold us a used vehicle and said on video that it had no problems!!! This thing has been in the shop more than we have been able to drive it. Bad tie rods!!! Mine you we drove 3 and half hours to get there!!! Not only the tie rod but the four wheel drive wasn’t working along with oil leaks and a bad radiator and we’re not even done yet!!!!! They will soon find out what our attorney has in store!!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!! WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!

Fixed a seat, fix lasted a couple months. Called And left voicemail to Service manager. Told him fix was when vehicle was under warranty. I said it's no longer under warranty but if you want to make things right call me back. No call. They didn't stand behind their work in this instance and failed to respond.

This dealership is neglectful in sales and in service. Recently they neglected to ensure brake safety on my vehicle when having it serviced and informing them I had two big road trips coming up, so I needed everything to be safe and in the best condition. They really pushed for me to buy air filters, but neglected to check my brakes?! What in the world. I ended up being out of state and had to spend 1600 dollars on a complete brake job that I could have easily had done in tow

I bought an odyssey back in late March. We loved the van but it was pre-owned and the middle seat of the middle bench seating was missing and there was no second key. I was advised by the salesman, Bill, that the previous owner was supposed to bring the seat and key in and they’d give me a call when they got it in. They bait and switched me on a new car lease resulting in them basically stealing my extreme low mileage trade in and giving me not one dime for it, and they made approx 13k from it. Last thing I would have expected from White Allen, my sisters and I will NEVER buy another car there.

White Allen is running quite a scam. They currently have a promotion going where they send out flyers and if you match you win a prize. Normally I throw these things out, but since I am looking to Purchase a vehicle I called the number as directed to see what I won. I was told I won a cash prize. However that was not the case when I got there. Having been lied to on the phone, purchasing a vehicle from them is out of the question.

very happy with my purchase and with white allen honda...worked with a salesman (willy)...he was honest and answered all my questions. i would recommend white allen honda.
