This store is outrageous. I asked about one of their cars, and their online sales kept calling me and texting me to come to their store to see the car. It was like a telecom bomb. I told their sales that their price was the same as a car with 40,000 miles lower than theirs, which was not attractive to me. Their online sales kept trying to get me to test drive their offline car, saying through text messages that they would give me a better price. Then I went to their store to see the car, and their sales actually tried to sell me a 60,000-mile car at a price of 20,000 miles. This store is deliberately wasting your time. Going to this store to buy a car will definitely waste at least 2 hours of your time.

My mother's Q5 broke down near by and was towed here. After diagnosing the car for 2 days she was presented with an estimate of $3200 for a timing chain replacement (expensive, but expected). The car was due for an oil change as well and needed a new level sensor as well (which we already had the sensor, so no parts needed). They quoted $500 additional for the oil change and sensor swap! At this point she rightfully felt like they were taking advantage of the situation. Within 2 hours we were able to locate another shop to do the work for $1000 less and they said the oil change would be included in the timing chain replacement.
I have bought a new car from here in the past, but not happy with how this worked out for my mother. Frustrating experience to say the least.

The Audi A6 I purchased was simply beautiful and well priced. Nathan was an excellent salesman and one I would buy from again. I love the incentives that mechanics are given to find any issues that need to be fixed with the car. My experience was positive, satisfying, and one which I would purchase from this dealership in the future.

The experience with the Audi service group is always first rate from start to finish. Thank you so much for the video(yes they send you a video from the service technician walking through the key points of service on your vehicle). first class service all around. I just turned 60 and you all are the best dealer I have ever had experience with. I just want you to know that what you do has value and is appreciated

Briston was a very professional and knowledgeable sales associate that cared about getting us in the right vehicle. I've purchased 12 cars from 12 dealers and by far this team has the most human-centric approach I've found. From the first phone call, text, visit to the store, and test drive, top notch service, attention and excellent humor. Being from Columbus, I was used to being just a number and a 'deal', but that is not how the White Allen group serves their customers. Open, honest, and truly driven to make the experience everything it should be, impeccable follow up and service afterwards. Give Nathan Profitt a call, cannot wait to work with him again someday. From late 2018Was able to get warranty coverage for a repair. Bought 2 Audi's in last 12 month's and pricing has been good. They've been straight shooters.Update 2023The experience has been lacking since the pandemic. No loaner cars. Pushing unneeded repairs. Short fill on oil changes.
