The manager Harold was in yesterday and they were putting a part on my car they left off and i overheard him use a profane word in the front customer room where you pull your car into. I do not appreciate this at all and believe some kind of action should be taken with him. Also Harold wont take any responsibility for himself. I have razor knife marks on my side window where the crash wrap was at and those werent there before i brought the car in for repair and he said they dont use razors on anything. And im just supposed to believe him? Another thing is the paint already started to flake off and he told me someone had to had hit their car door into it. My Wife saw the piece of paint fall off of it and i told him that and he basically called my Wife a liar. So my question is are you guys going to take care of all this or do i have to go up above you to get something done? This has been the most horrible experience ive ever had and will not be giving you all anymore business. I am very disatisfied with this!Service: Body & Trim

Decent body work. Completed repairs I, the owner of car, requested NOT to be completed. Advised they do not have mechanic but told coolant leak was not caused but collision, stated it was water pump gasget leak. Finally got car to mechanic, valve busted off bottom of waterpump where car was pushed onto a curb during collision. Alignment was not completed. UNTRUSTWORTHY.

When to get estimates on my rt fender

January 2022 by Matt Holten
I took my car (Audi) to them, due to a piece of molding that was loose. I specifically asked if we could just replace the snaps that hold it on. I was told "No, it all comes as one piece". Estimate came back for $620. After several back and forth with body shop and dealership, they agreed to cover the replacement under warranty. (I of course was relieved and grateful to the dealership/service mgr. who have always been great to me). I was told the piece would get ordered and could be "a while" before it came in. I waited at least a month and then called the body shop back. I was told, that they weren't sure if the piece had come in, but would check and let me know. Still no call back. I called again in another month and was told they would call the dealership to see if they had it...Still no return call. After several more months went by, I took the car to a different body shop, just out of curiosity. They looked at it and said they could just put some new snaps on! Really?!15 minutes and $30 bucks later I was good to go!I called to complain to the original estimator and wanted to pass my concerns/ complaints on to the manager. Instead of getting on the phone with me to explain/ apologize, he told the estimator to tell me and I quote: "We apologize for the miscommunication but stand by our decision to quote you for a whole new molding piece, and that the snaps are a specialty piece that would be hard to get and then take a chance that the molding might not hold and or maybe was already damaged". Shouldn't you have at least given ME that option? $30 vs. $620 (at the time I didn't know if the dealership would cover it).I'm obviously upset by, not only the lack of communication, but very much by the very questionable business ethics. I'll let you make your own call based on my experience. Buyer beware!A final FYI, in case the body shop manager reads this review. I wasn't going to post this negative review, had he just got on the phone with me so that I could know my concerns were heard. The fact that he wouldn't even speak with me directly, but instead had his assistant pass on the info, told me all I needed to know. One last piece of important info on this business I just noticed. Some of their best reviews are by their (actual) employees?! Seem strange to anyone?Service: Body & Trim

After the tornados that blew through the Dayton Area two years ago, I decided to take my hail damaged car into the White Allen Collision Center for body and paint repair. Regina did a great job keeping me informed with the progress on my vehicle and when it was going to take a bit longer than expected, they were kind enough to get me in a loaner vehicle since my insurance company was no longer covering a rental. The whole staff made a very stressful situation more tolerable and the end result was amazing!Service: Body & Trim

Lee at White Allen made it easy to get my car repaired after someone backed into it. He walked me through the process and kept me updated throughout the repair. Would definitely recommend!

Just got my car back from repair today.. repair was great but the inside of my car was very dirty. Considering I have light interior, my seat was very dirty and was the first thing I noticed. Very disappointed... there is no care or consideration when entering in someone’s vehicle at this location.
