Fantastic experience! Highly recommend this location when buying a car. Just bought a new car for my family. Roger was our salesman. He was straight to the point, didn't try to push anything on us like some salespeople do when buying a new car. He was patient with us and very informative about things. Kept us in the loop on when the car would be arriving to the dealership. Happy we went here.

I have purchased over 10 new cars in my life and this was the most calm amazing experience ever they may not have a Starbucks on site but Xtra frills not needed Joesph was my salesman He made us feel like family. Darryl in finance went above and beyond to make buying special . Sal was so very thoughtful... Best experience ever....

Warning: White Allen Chevrolet dealership kept my car without permission or communication, essentially holding it hostage. I consider this borderline theft. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, they failed to provide updates or a clear plan for repairs. The lack of transparency and disregard for customer property is appalling. I'm still waiting for my car's return and seeking resolution. Be cautious when dealing with this dealership, as they may prioritize profits over people.

I’m so disappointed in the service at this location . I only went in for a recall to service the car to come out with my 2024 Chevy Trax to get scratched up by the technician and they both thought “Kristin” thought it was so funny .
I was met with Michelle Deweese she greeted me gracefully and Kristin told her that the scratch wasn’t there after she checked me in and the technician drove away to fix the recall I was told by Michelle DeWeese that she would contact me by the end of business day no call.
I then called her she told me she would call me before they close still no call after she said she needs to get in contact with her body shop guy still nothing . I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all .
Not even speaking on the fact how Kristlyn was being rude after I addressed her with my name but insisted on being rude .
I was told that it would be fix by Michelle DeWeese to only find out nothing was done at all…

Kristyn Richardson was extremely helpful and customer service was great. She kept my husband ( he brought the car in ) informed of the diagnostic and the cost. She made sure he knew what was going on. My husband said she treated him like family.

Went to this location for an oil change at the beginning of June. My car was sounding kind of funny and was well over due for an oil change which was on me. I dropped my vehicle off and come back after I get a call the oil change was completed. I pick up my vehicle nothing is really said to me as far as the vehicle. A woman checks me out and hands me paperwork. The paperwork states there may be a hole in my exhaust. I get my vehicle and it still sounds funny, so I think hey maybe it is something else wrong. Few weeks go by and I can barely drive my car, everything is coming back just fine. Until I’m asked when was your last oil change ? I tell the person it was the first week of June. Needless to say I ended up needed another oil change. This time I get to watch the process and what do you know not only is the oil return tube completely melted. But the oil was completely black and the oil filter was completely black. There is no way an oil change was completed that day. After I get oil return line replaced and an oil change AGAIN. My car now sounds COMPLETELY NORMAL. If I truly got an oil change that day someone should have caught all of that. NOPE, instead they placed a sticker on my window. Took my money, and sent my on my way. 0/10 DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Ok, so last weekend 7/6/24 I took my Enclave in to set an appointment for 7/13/24 to have my A/C repaired. Told them that I had the red dye put in last year and was told it had a leak in one of the lines. WhiteAllen doesn’t put in their own dye in put takes an hour to figure out that the old dye is no longer visible and charges me $180 for diagnostics when they should have put in their own dye to find the leak! They then wanted to finally put in their own dye annd charge me for another diagnostic charge! Also charges me $18 for shop supplies! What rags?!?!!! Seriously! Screw me once and I’ll try not to let anyone screw me twice! I’ll also will make sure that I tell everyone I know to not go to WhiteAllen for anything!!!

Highly recommend this Chevy dealer. Everybody was super nice and helpful. Especially our sales man Steve Bowling. He was fantastic!
