Call to speak to them about an issue and to get a number removed from somebody else’s chart so they stop calling for that person and they rush you on the phone don’t get the information needed to do what you are asking and was completely rude. Explains why I’ve never used this place.

Friendly staff fast service does packing for your mad very good service. I had a prescription for one pill bottle finished was ready on Monday evening and was not able to pick it up and Tuesday morning. I get a knock on the door and they delivered that medicine for me without even asking what a wonderful store. I'm so glad that my doctor referred me to you.

Poor communication from this place called to see when my prescription would be delivered and was told I will call you right back. Guess what 3 hours later still no call. I will be finding a different pharmacy for my compound prescription. Don't know how you even stay in business

Poor people skills from techs answering phones, huge mistakes by pharmacy techs, great delivery, and honestly nice helpful head pharmacist and manager, but many need to brush up on people skills that are employed there. I'm about ready to yank all our family meds from them again due to horrible treatment by employees. It's not ok.

This is by far the best pharmacy in Dayton. We started using this pharmacy when they opened because they were down the street from us. We have since moved and I refuse to change pharmacies even though it’s out of our way now.Every single person in that building cares about their customers and are kind and helpful and appreciative. I desperately wish more businesses and people operated with the genuine care and professionalism like they do.. it’s such a breath of fresh air.I genuinely appreciate you guys. Thank you for all that you do

Very refreshing to be treated like a patient here instead of a number. The customer service here is exponentially superior to Rite Aid and CVS. I am VERY happy to have switched from CVS to here.

I decided to try this pharmacy in order to support a local Dayton business. After using Wellness 1 Pharmacy for over a year, I switched my 90-Day prescriptions to mail order offered by my insurance provider. Wellness 1 then refused to fill my 30-Day prescriptions. I was willing to put up with their poor customer service & rude pharmacists in order to support a local business, but I will not be forced into using this pharmacy exclusively.
