Used auto car wash, which I never spring for. My car came out as dirty as it went in. Like not even the tiniest bit of dirt was removed. Tried to call the number and it sounds like a fax machine. So much for a full refund if you aren't satisfied....Services: Polishing

Terrible experience. Only auto wash and vacuums worked. All manual washes coin acceptance jammed.

I love love love this car wash!! A little secret is that even if I'm running low on money to purchase the full service carwash of self-serviced carwashes, well I will bring a little soap and drizzle it on the scrubbing brush, then I will scrub my vehicle from top to bottom, after that I can grab the water gun andand literally spray my car off.....and done with zero quarters or use of my debit/credit card!! The water gun sprayer and nozzle are left on low all the rime!!? Oh and let me not forget that it is always super clean and well-lit, I always feel safe no matter what time of day or night it is???

Would not recommend this place. Watch out for the automatic car wash! The automatic door came down on my roof and trunk during the drying cycle as I pulled out. Reached out to them for help, but they have not called back (or my insurance company, either). So far, zero customer service.

Tire Cleaner does not work. Foam Brush does not work. No attendant on duty for refund either. Awesome water pressure though....so if you need to blow off some mud, this is certainly the place. I AIN'T NEVER GIVING THEM ANYMORE BUSINESS

Automated car wash didn't work so well. Called the number listed, a day later I got a text giving me a code for a free wash. 2nd visit, a week later, the automated wash was fixed and car looked great. Awesome customer service. Great car wash.

With all the car washes coming into Huber ... I want to use onto that has been a staple in huber for a long time. However every time I go there there is barely any soap. I just washed my van 2xs there and still had to go elsewhere to wash it after. The foam brush was cracked so the soap only spit out the back of it all over me. So I tried another bay. Barely any soap at all, and the wax was empty.

I just paid $10.00 today for the automated wash. My car came out worse than when I had to pay cash because of the credit card payment would not take the card. The car was very dirty and now has a drip line mid way down on top of the dirt. The light to the right didn’t light up to let you know what part of the wash was happening. Now I know why because it’s not working properly. I called the phone number and it was a fax.

Do not give this place your business. I attempted to use the automated car wash a few weeks back and the system told me it could not read my card, after several attempts, so I was not able to use the wash. Several days afterwards I noticed three transactions on my bank account, even though I was unable to wash my car. I left several messages on their voice mail explaining the situation, and requesting that someone call me back to discuss reimbursement for the faulty transactions. To date no one has contacted me. What a crooked way to run a business!! They will never receive my business again.
