Elijah was professional, informative, explained what issues there were with my garage door besides the broken spring. He showed me the worn drums/ bearings. Told me my what my expenceWould be. Went right to work in a timely manner. Showed me everything he had done. Elijah was very polite as well.

We use Wayne Overhead Doors less than 1 year ago for a brand new garage door with wireless open/close function & monitoring, and loved everything about it. Door worked flawlessly, they were knowledgeable & professional. Just bought a new custom home with a very noisy garage door. Called them again, we’re there the next day, new wheels & realignment & it works great. Fairly priced too. Definitely recommend.

I was referred to you for getting door seal that goes around the opening of the garage door. Big-box store only carry 8' section that I didn't want a joint on the top of the header/opening. I was able to get one 16' long and two 7' long pieces that match my color of my door/trims. Thank you.

My experience with Wayne Overhead Door Sales was great from the sales person perspective to the crew members who did my work — as well as the office staff!!! Wayne first installed new gutter protection. While they were doing that work they advised me that my windows were in need of serious re-chalking and repair work. I appreciated them telling me about the issue. They then came out and did an excellent job on my windows and door entry chalking. I am very pleased with the work that was done.

The torsion spring on my 29-year-old garage door broke. Wayne Doors made a quick appointment and arrived on time, calling me when he was 15 minutes away. When I asked the service person about overhauling the door because of its age, he already had a quote prepared. He said they usually recommend replacing the motor when it's that old, but since mine was working well, he recommended keeping it. The service person was very pleasant and kept me informed.

My technician Jonathan was awesome. He walked me through the entire procedure, answered my questions patiently, and demonstrated all the functions and options on my garage door opener. Called Wayne overhead doors this morning my garage Spring broke they were very responsive Elija Was the Tech Beavercreek doors originally installed this 7 years ago it was never right I called him back Mike denied ever coming back after i'd paid the money. Ends up it wasn't the Spring it was the bracket which should never ever wear out due to bad alignment once again very impressedand Elijah fixed what they'd screwed up the brackets but this would of never happened with a Wayne overhead door install.I was very impressive with the staff here would highly highly recommend their services thank you for the great service today. We called Wayne’s and they were at our house within hours. Elijah and Zane were both amazing. They were very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I was having an issue getting the opener to connect to my app and they patiently stayed on the phone with support until they knew everything was fixed. Not knowing who to turn to for Garage Door Service I went online and did a Google Search. I came across Wayne Overhead Door, which just happened to be around the corner from my neighborhood. My garage door spring snapped so was not able to open/close garage door. I made a call just before 8am for service and Jonathan was at my front door by 10am. He even gave me a courtesy call to share he was in route to my home. I received incredible service. Jonathan was polite, knolwedgeable, and professional. I will definitely use Wayne Overhead Door for all furture Garage Door needs.
