All you need to do is read thru the reviews I have never taken the time to leave any review in my life but felt compelled after dealing with such incompetent people Of course the sales people are pleasant they need the sales but if you are looking for service .....keep driving past this place Spent just shy of 20k to get my new house set up with new jacuzzi,umbrellas and such My cantilever umbrella is laying on my deck without the correct parts Watson has been out three times without having what they need(I keep getting offered 10% off my next purchase but when I drove 20 minutes to the Wilmington Pike location I was told they didn't have filters for the new bullfrog spa they sold me so much for 10% off Countless times of calling in and asking for a manager (I'm not sure they give a shit either) I'm sure my review will fall on deaf ears I'm sure my $1,000 umbrella will have to be stored somewhere inside this winter Pathetic

We got 5 years out of out hot tub cover (bought with the hot tub from Watson's), but it finally became waterlogged and needed replacing. While the web site didn't list any replacements, doing the old-fashioned way (in "old man voice"; like we did in when I was young...and we LIKED IT that way!) going into the store, the counter staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They called up our account to make sure I wasn't mis-remembering which model hot tub we'd bought (good call, I can't always be relied to remember details of something I bought 5 years ago), they placed my order, and let me know of the ongoing supply chain issues beyond their control that might delay the order. COVID and Bidenomics are still drags on the economy, apparently. Couldn't be happier with the staff at Watson's though.

I am a very direct and straightforward person. That being said, I made my point clear and what my expectation where. I was going off there advertising. The salesman told me what other options were available and when I chose, he did not try and upsell or make me feel guilty for my purchase at all. We made this transaction happen within five minutes of the introduction of the salesman, Drew. We are 100% satisfied with using Watsons and everything they were capable of delivering.

Very disappointed with our new patio. Our very expensive chair was never right from day one they sent a tech out to fix it said it couldn’t be fixed so we need to get a new base or new chair. Three months later they’re still blaming the manufacturer but to me that’s on them if they’re going to rep the product.I thought by worth it, but should have just bought the cheap stuff at Lowe’s. Could’ve went through 2-3 sets by now.

Bob Cromer, at Watsons helped us find the perfect fireplace door for our home. He was most helpful and we would deal with Bob again when we have needs for Watson's products.

To bad zero stars isn't possible. I don't suggest this place based on my experience that has been terrible with Watsons of Dayton. We bought a hot tub early May for delivery in late May (2023). Actually showed up in June. Before they took it off the truck the delivery people and I noticed damage to one of the outside panels. The delivery people took pictures and made a call. They said a new panel would be ordered and installed. It is now August and still a new panel has not been installed. Multiple calls to Watsons of Dayton and multiple run arounds on the phone as the ever elusive service manager "Brandon" seems to never be available or at work. I will say kudos to him on the system he has set up with the ladies answering the phone to ensure no one can reach him. At one time they said the new panel had been ordered but it also got damaged by UPS.....then later they denied saying that.....but we have a recorded voice message of them saying that. This place has terrible service and is unresponsive to correcting damaged products. If you do order something inspect it closely and refuse delivery if it has any damage at all as based on my experience they do not stand behind their products or delivery.

Had hot for about 7 years. Pump stopped working so Watsons came out to fix. Replaced pump but new pump keeps blowing circuit breaker. Watsons blamed circuit breaker. Had circuit breaker replaced. Same result. Do not use Watsons service. Terrible

The process we went through to purchase our hot tub was nothing less than first class . Our sales person, Erec couldn’t have been more helpful.. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions. We have no doubt that when our tub arrives we will have all of the support we need from Watson’s to make it everything we wanted.

We dealt with Eric and he was very knowledgeable. He didn’t try and sell us on anything we didn’t want he just made sure we knew all the differences between all the pool models and packages. He was great to work with as well as very friendly. He made us feel like ppl not just another sale. Thanks for the new pool. Can’t wait to swim in it.Rob & Jenna

Sales group is great, however the service department is horrible... a few of the girls are so rude. They are a parts and service, , however I was told to order my own parts which I did, then was told my automatic cleaner was fixed and tested but when we got home it still wouldn't run. Liers, the belts were loose and wouldn't turn. There was no way it was tested for 2cycles. Brought it back and I was told to order 4 more belts which I did, then they told he it can't be fixed. Really..... took it apart, put the new belts on.. running fine. You need to work on your service.....

Our sales rep Tim was wonderful! We’ve been in several times talking about purchasing a spa and each time he was very helpful and patient. He kept us informed of current sales events to make sure we got the best deal and always responded to my text messages promptly and never acted like I was bothering him no matter how many questions I asked. He wasn’t a pushy salesman. He was honest with his answers and opinions on what to buy and not to buy. He was very nice and courteous.

The sales process at Watson's was great and had no issues. There were some challenges with installing my hot tub, but they were all worked out in the end. The delivery and warehouse guys were awesome and very friendly and saw that the job got done correctly. I would highly recommend purchasing again from them.

Lisanne was very comfortable to work with. She helped me find the perfect patio sofa/chair set for our deck: broad armrests, firm cushions, high backs for tall people, and matching ottoman and coffee and end tables. She also informed me of options for pillows to go with the sofa and chairs. She got me the best price and I was very happy with the whole experience.
