Horrible experience. I will NEVER go back. Put the wrong lenses in my glasses, then took a week to fix the mistake. At this time I had no other glasses. Went back to get them a second time and had to wait over an hour. No apologies for their huge mistake.

I read all the reviews, but decided I was going to make a appointment anyway. I am glad I did. Everyone was nice, they had a great selection of frames, and I got my glasses in less than a week.

I was just in a vision center and there were three employees in there and I was in there for about 10 minutes looking at glasses and not one of them offered to assist me at all. I know you should probably ask them if you need something but at least acknowledge customers when they walk in to look around. I was the only one in there. Instead, they decided to talk about personal stuff, so Walmart you’re paying these people to sit around and act like they’re in a lounge.

This Location has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! When I asked for assistance, the associates seemed bothered. I was inquiring about a pair of Coach frames; However, the woman’s demeanor along with the gentleman never even acknowledged my presence and were hesitant to help. I was racially profiled here in Beavercreek…I’m concerned about others experiences especially if you are partnered with designer brands.

I went into the Sugarcreek Township Walmart and ordered contact lenses. They told me they would ship them to me and I should have them in 3 to 5 days. I went in last Thursday five days ago and they said if I did not have them by Monday to call them that they had shipped. I called them today and they informed me that they were on back order and they didn’t know when they would be in and they didn’t have any trial pairs for me to use in the meantime. They should’ve called me as soon as they knew they were on back order and giving me the choice to go somewhere else and given a refund or wait. I am out of contact lenses now and have no idea when I will get them I am furious. Walmart always screws up I will not go back there anymore.

I just had an experience today on July 5th around 6pm …. The store had no one inside except one worker . I was on my way walking out the door . I asked the gentlemen inside how I can get my daughters PD measured for glasses and he went on a rude rant about how I don’t need to be buying glasses online and told me rudely the PD isn’t on the prescription … but My PD is on my prescription and the attitude was uncalled for . I told him the glasses I wore weren’t nearly as much as the ones in store and he said very rudely “ Yeah well there’s a reason they were only 20 dollars . Who talks to a customer like that ? The company should be humiliated that they have someone rude like him working there . Not everyone understands how to read a prescription and it should be their job to educate people . I obviously don’t plan to get my glasses or my daughters glasses their ever . I can’t stand rude people .

My boyfriend and I went there to buy him a new pair of glasses since Walmart is the only one who sells the brand he needs. The lady was super rude an awful. They were all 4 staff sitting there doing nothing and told us we needed to make an appointment. I asked why we couldn’t do it because they were all sitting there. She asked a girl and she said she was almost off. I told her must be nice to be able to turn away business in the middle of a pandemic. She resell laughed at me. We went to a different location and gave them our business and will be contacting corporate as the other location gave me the number. I hope they go out of business for sitting there on their phones doing nothing.

This is the only place I take my son. The eye doctor is great. But cyndi up front is forceful and rude. She made my 7 year old cry while we were trying to pick out frames. She was putting them on and off of him. So we just left. Everyone else at this location is absolutely wonderful. But Cyndi is very unprofessional and now I guess we will get new glasses from a different Walmart.

Pretty good selection of frames for kids. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable and untie glasses arrived in just over a week. They came with a one year warranty on the frames too; not the lenses, though. They cane with a protective case and the representative fit the glasses for us when we came to pick them up. Thanks!
