The employees are always rude and greeters never greet. & those people who are in the aisles asking you about your f*cking internet are annoying as f*ck. Hire more cashiers, and better management please. Just being honest. - anonymous princess

It's a wonder this place hasn't been shut down yet. Rude employees, employees just standing around and saying they cannot help because it isn't their department, items in disarray, missing items, rarely any carts in the building, trash and funk everywhere, hardly any registers open, and the grocery pickup is so slow that I have waited as much as an hour to get my groceries. If I had realized this was a pattern instead of a bad day, I would have just shopped myself in person. I could have gotten my own groceries faster. Now I shop at Kroger, and even though it's more expensive, it is so WORTH IT to not have to deal with this Walmart anymore.

This location needs more than an interior remodel....it needs a complete revamp of employees...from management to stockers. The store is always in disarray. There is rarely an employee to be found and when you do manage to find one they are not helpful. Perhaps due to lack of training or just a lack of work ethic. There have been several times when I've actually called customer service from inside the store to get someone to assist me in either the paint, hunting or fragrance departments. The only reason I continue to go to this Walmart is for the pharmacy which I can do a drive-thru. I will literally travel to another city's Walmart before going into this one, even though it's less than 5 minutes from my house.

do not get Walmart+ it's a joke! everytime over ordered something to be delivered because I'm handicapped and don't drive. I'll either get a partial order with no warning of missing items or my order is just cancelled and not by me, but they still charge me back account! customer service is a joke, they don't help at all 0/10 starts for me!

This store used to be a good place to shop. Now however it is not as clean and orderly as it should be. Nearly non existent customer service on the floor. Many employees not friendly or helpful with not so enthusiastic attitude. Now many times NO cashiers!! Self checkout only, which is ok for small orders, but a logistical nightmare for a weekly grocery order. Management please take note and make this store a nice place again!

they charged me upwards of 500 dollars, there app canceled my order and then reorder it itself charging me again, I also ordered furniture and it arrived damaged and Walmart had no solution that was really available for me to performers other than lugging and repackaging the large item which I cannot do as I am handicapped. Very disappointed and switching to Meijer
