In the past year this has been getting worse and worse. It often takes longer than a week for refills. I called today about a med and they told me it was out of refills but they never informed me and it was not showing expired on the website. The pharmacy staff had gotten increasingly rude. Unacceptable.

I just loaded money into my Chime account and was ID ed. They say it's because it's over 200 I contend it's because of my tattoos and nice clothes. Who knows. I'm only salty because I've loaded 650 before with no id. Same woman and all. Anytime I do a side job or get a bonus I'm at a Walgreens half the time this one. I use Chime for my payroll and all. I've never been I'd ed. If it's policy then be consistent because all but maybe 1 of my loads are over 200. I will not be coming back here. It feels like a privacy invasion. You already have my account information and you checked the bills. It's just highly unusual. If this is going to be something new I will find a new company altogether. You don't even have to give ID to police if there is no crime.

I left the urgent care to be tested for covid. While waiting fit the covid results. I went to Walgreens pharmacy to pick up a prescription that would help me with coughing.as I was waiting to pay for my meds, the covid test results hit My Chart. It was a negative positive, this confused me. Mind you I’m already not feeling well. I asked the pharmacist what these test results meant which he answered. No problem with the pharmacist it’s the pharmacy tech that I have the issue with. She laughed as I walked away because I didn’t know whether my results were positive or negative. How rude and non professional. People are not coming to your pharmacy to be laughed at. Very disrespectful.

Walked in on July 7 2024 with 4 common prescriptions 5 attempts later its now July 30 2024 and still no prescriptions. Consistently the worst pharmacy experience do not waste your time here anywhere else has to be better!

The worst. Just drive further and use a different one. I switched to Far Hills today. Meijer might be the only other one worth trying. The “manager” is rude af. They have messed up my prescription and today delivered someone else prescription to my doorstep. What the hell is going on over there?!

My CVS Pharmacy was permanently closed and my info sent to Walgreens, I am dog sick and my doctor called in the perscriptions, I was basically refused and talked down to by the pharmacist. after he was telling me they didnt have them. Big difference to they don't take my insurance. Never, ever again.

I tried to go into the store to update my insurance information but the lady wasn't helpful and couldn't update the information. Went home and then tried using the website and app to do so but they both kept crashing so now I have to wait even longer to get my meds because no one was helpful in fixing this issue.

The photo dept is very disorganized. We have had photo items done here 4 times and every single time they have had issues with finding our order or lost the order. I waited 30 min on a ship to store order recently for them to go thru their piles( which wasn’t even much) only to discover they finally found. Will not be ordering thru Walgreens anymore.

Called to because my insurance wasn't applied to my script. When I called the lady was rude on the phone, I told her the issue. She didn't say anything, didn't ask me for my details. Just stayed silent and then eventually she spoke and applied it.Just rude. The app still isn't showing the amount as updated either. So I have no idea. Guess I'll just go there and be ignored in person. Unreal.

Everyone in the pharmacy talks to you like you’re stupid. Brian just today looked at me like I was an idiot because he didn’t speak and I didn’t know what of my information he wanted. Just before he told me they didn’t order my medicine 3 days ago. Should have been ready yesterday. I’m done taking scripts there. The place is a joke and the people working there need replaced.
