The worst. Just drive further and use a different one. I switched to Far Hills today. Meijer might be the only other one worth trying. The “manager” is rude af. They have messed up my prescription and today delivered someone else prescription to my doorstep. What the hell is going on over there?!

My CVS Pharmacy was permanently closed and my info sent to Walgreens, I am dog sick and my doctor called in the perscriptions, I was basically refused and talked down to by the pharmacist. after he was telling me they didnt have them. Big difference to they don't take my insurance. Never, ever again.

I tried to go into the store to update my insurance information but the lady wasn't helpful and couldn't update the information. Went home and then tried using the website and app to do so but they both kept crashing so now I have to wait even longer to get my meds because no one was helpful in fixing this issue.

The photo dept is very disorganized. We have had photo items done here 4 times and every single time they have had issues with finding our order or lost the order. I waited 30 min on a ship to store order recently for them to go thru their piles( which wasn’t even much) only to discover they finally found. Will not be ordering thru Walgreens anymore.

Called to because my insurance wasn't applied to my script. When I called the lady was rude on the phone, I told her the issue. She didn't say anything, didn't ask me for my details. Just stayed silent and then eventually she spoke and applied it.Just rude. The app still isn't showing the amount as updated either. So I have no idea. Guess I'll just go there and be ignored in person. Unreal.

Everyone in the pharmacy talks to you like you’re stupid. Brian just today looked at me like I was an idiot because he didn’t speak and I didn’t know what of my information he wanted. Just before he told me they didn’t order my medicine 3 days ago. Should have been ready yesterday. I’m done taking scripts there. The place is a joke and the people working there need replaced.

Worst service ever. Was waiting over 20 min then the lady behind me was picking up door dash and they offered to help her next. Really, terrible customer service. I’m literally in pain and just need my meds. I’ll transfer my prescriptions to people who care.

I called the pharmacy 3 times for help with getting Covid home testing in the first person put me on hold and transferred me to the customer service area and then they transferred me back to the pharmacy and I stayed on hold for a total of 15 minutes. Then I called back and I was put on hold immediately. I said on hold about seven minutes that time. And then when I called back, they put me on hold and transfer me to the Walgreens call center and they told me that they were gonna stay on the phone with me so I didn’t get disconnected or transferred to anybody but then after five minutes it said if I would like to leave a review and I didn’t answer because I thought that you know she was gonna get back on there, but she eaten at hung up on me. I need Walgreens’s help because I am disabled and I don’t know how to look for it online.

Pharmacy closes with no notice. Waited on phone forever. Went in next day, said oh we didn't have any staff, sorry.I thought CVS was bad.

I do a great deal of shopping at Walgreen's. Vitamins, supplements, personal care products, greeting cards, are all among the products I often purchase here. The selection suits my needs. The stores are always clean and well-stocked. The associates are always friendly and helpful.

Pharmacy website says open until 9. They close at 6. I specifically sent my urgent medication there because the hours listed 9pm. How are you going to make this right?
