The gentleman who claimed to be the Manager named Tay was rude and very dismissive. Spoke to other staff members who appeared inept and also unwilling to assist. Training is clearly needed in basic customer service.

Called to ask if they carried a supplement and the girl in the pharmacy said she was gonna send me to the phone upfront because they would know. The girl up front was really nice however she had the supplement I needed mixed up with a name brand. I go up to Walgreens to look for the supplement I needed and they didn’t carry it because it’s prescription only. The male pharmacist in the back told me what to buy. I’m not sure why the girl in the pharmacy never initially asked or looked, but the girl up front told me she probably didn’t feel like coming from back there.

Most of the pharmacist or techs are wonderful nice & very professional but I've had a few ppl more than once b so rude they had no time to assist me or answer questions for me. Which is so very important i need to know what meds not to interact with a new script or how it could affect me ect...

It's a real sign of lazine shoppersss when there are two ragedy vacuum cleaners at the front door in front of the ATM.I take it as the manager doesn't want to use closet space or she is purposely discouraging people(doordash )

Handicapped parking is a bit tight.They can’t print receipts because they’re just a drop off location for FedEx but they can set tracking notifications up using your cellphone number or email address. You just need to be polite and ask.

Terrible inconvenient place to go. Always picking the people they want to help. I was asked for identification to load a card. Ridiculous invasive employees.

Absolutely one of the most unprofessional pharmacies I've seen. I was meant to get a covid pcr test in the drive through. Pull up to the drive through and you hear a nonstop Loud ring and the sign says the mic is broke come into the store. I try to call the store, no one answers. So I go in, finally get someone to talk to me and tell them I was suppose to get a test through the drive thru they said you are, you have to go back through it. I've been sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes and I still haven't got help and there's still a non stop LOUD ringing coming from their mic.

I had 2 prescriptions I tried to pick up last week.Mon - Pharmacy dept was closed all day with no warning.Tue - They'd filled a prescrip I no longer used and failed to fill the 1 I asked for. Other not ready.Wed - Got 1 of the 2 prescriptions. Yay.Thu - Pharmacy closed at 4pm rather than the 7pm their sign says. I get off work at 5, so I missed it. Guard sitting in the pharmacy waiting area said, "Pharmacy's closed!" in a smug tone, definitely not helpful.Fri - Pharmacy closed all day.Sat - Finally got that 2nd prescription.The drive through window has been closed for 2+ weeks because the intercom system is down, through this process. Glad my household doesn't have COVID, as that would've forced me to expose the whole store 6 times here. But that's fine, right?I should not have to visit the pharmacy 6 days in a row.I am only thankful that these weren't critical, life-preserving, medicines. I mean, it sucked that my wife suffered for a week with painful ear infections FOR NO REASON.But hey, at least it wasn't my insulin that didn't get handled in a timely fashion. Because that would've literally been deadly.I will never willingly use this pharmacy again. What's the point of calling this a pharmacy when the pharmacy dept can't dispense medicines?

Update....been a real issue with myself and many other patrons have noticed the cashiers talking rude or short and very curt with them.. One even went so far as to proclaim her displeasure that I caught them just before close...Saying they "just wanna go home so why do I wait for last minute?"....yea....so rude to me and I always make point to be very polite and even come up with a random nice compliment to fetch a smile. Completely unnecessary. The over all look and feel of this place is just clean and the employees are great. They keep their bathrooms really nice too. Not too sure what to say about the employees though they're either really nice and wonderful to work with or they're complete !*@$#!?*. Seems to be no in between.

WORST PHARMACY EVER!!! They are constantly messing up my prescriptions, they ignore customers in line and help others they choose to help (seems to be the color of your skin). They will leave you on hold for over an hour, then hang up when they hear your voice. They're TERRIBLE! I'm changing pharmacies ASAP before they kill someone.Update! I thought I would give them 1 last try.. only to find out They're more concerned about their precious covid testing than their regular customers. I just had surgery and went to pick up my prescription. I go through drive-thru and get told, "only covid testing in drive-thru ". I then told the lady, "I just had surgery and am having a hard time walking and standing " just to be told "too bad. If you want your prescriptions, you'll come in. Covid testing only." There was nobody in the drive-thru! If any store needs to be permanently shut down, it's this one!!!!!!!

Staff are very unprofessional, long wait for everything, prices are way too high. Asking a staff member for help with anything is pointless because they ALL have an attitude.

(THIS IS A REVIEW FOR THE PHARMACY ONLY) I made an appointment for 9:30 a.m. for a COVID test. When I went, there was a sign on the pharmacy window stating that there was no pharmacist and the phones are down so to come inside. That’s when I found out they weren’t open until 10:00. So I waited for over a half an hour for a pharmacist. When they got there, they said I wasn’t in the system (even with me showing my appointment information) and I needed to reschedule. I am not huge on making complaints because I have worked with the public but this was ridiculous. I left crying out of anger and embarrassment for waiting for so long when I have so many things I need to do. When I tried calling them, I was on the phone waiting for 15 minutes with no answer.
