I spoke with Norma! Over the phone, she was one of the most pleasant, professional, efficient and kind person I have spoken to from at pharmacy in a very long time. We all go to pharmacy’s for our health ailments, feeling heard and seen from a pharmacy is rare. She’s a gift.

Unimaginably mediocre customer service. This place needs a serious upgrade to aptly serve its customers. I mean come on! you have so many people around the clock and you leave them waiting in line for I don't know how long. You may as well call ahead and schedule an appointment to try and to pick up your medication here, except, if you call they're gonna make you wait 30 minutes on the phone. I had to wait almost 75 minutes to only receive half of my medication and the other medications won't be available until the next day. Pick up your operations or close this backwards of a store.

Absolutely inept pharmacy staff. Have given me the wrong meds before, which thankfully I caught before ingesting any. Wait times are outrageous, even in the drive through lane: I’ve spent upwards of 45 mins out there more than once. Either alternate between in-person customers and the drive through line or simply get rid of the drive through line. You’re simply not equipped to continue operating the way you’re operating, not with such a slow staff - it’s ridiculous.

Never answer the phones in the pharmacy… always have to wait 45 + minutes. When you ask about it the say they are busy. This is the norm not the exception.

World 3rd class pharmacy. I wait for 1 hour 40 minutes for vaccine shot although I scheduled the appointment. My doctor prescribed the medicine for my baby till 8 days I didn't receive that. I called pharmacy and wait for 60 minutes but no one receive my call

Store is supposed to be open at 8am. On Oct. 13th, 2024, got to the store at 8:15, and store wasn't open yet, because they didn't have a cashier. That's when the manager is supposed to jump in an open the register, and open the store. Guess that doesn't happen at this store. Do better Walgreens. People need their prescriptions, and other things from the store.

Hands down worst pharmacy I ever been to. The time you wait in line is so ridiculous. I came 3 different times to get my prescriptions and left after 40 minutes of waiting..

The time you have to wait in line is insane and they literally will allow people to wait at the window for a prescription that won’t be ready for like 15 minutes I just thinks that’s crazy and not good use of common sense

Pharmacy closed on Saturdays??? Refuse to try to order meds because they are backordered??? I have no idea what is going on at this location but it is impossible to actually get prescriptions
