Great customer service. Welcoming as you walk through the front door. I travel a long distance just to go to this place, there are a few other Walgreens closer. For the reasons above is why I choose this Walgreens.

Went here today to get my updated Covid shot! It was so busy! Just a FYI they close from lunch till 2pm. My shot was at 2:15pm. I got there at 2pm and man was the pharmacy so busy! People just kept coming. Next time I make a appointment or come to pharmacy I will not be going at 2pm. I will make it later in the day so it will not be so busy! However the staff was pleasant and quick dealing with all the customers. The isles are wide easy to find items. My shot was scheduled at 2:15pm but I did not get it till 2:32pm. That is one thing I hate is waiting for appointments. Doctors never want us late to a appointment but somehow it always seems the customer has to wait on them! However the wait could have been much worse.

My daughter was very sick through night. Ordered medicine "early" and a few other items. We received outstanding and efficient service from your store and the DoorDasher MICHAEL.. Thank you!

I prefer a pharmacy where they at least act like they care about you and like their job. One person in particular keeps acting like customers are an inconvenience. It’s pretty awful.

I placed a simple order for curbside pickup. I sat in my vehicle for 15 min after it said it was being brought out. It then said it was picked up but I never got it. Waited longer. went through the drive through and they said they had no record of my order. Walked into the pharmacy and they said it would be at the front desk. Waited longer and they finally did have it at the front desk. What a pain in the a*** Did curbside pickup to make it easier and I went through all 5 methods and took an hour of my time. Never again to this place.

Had a question because of a message I received on the portal. I called and the pharmacy staffer that took the call wouldn't really answer the question and hung up on me. Horrible service.

1. Scheduled appointment for vaccination at 930. Not seen until 945 2. Coupon received for $5 off as a result of said vaccine, cashier disputed the coupon however after reviewing later it WAS $5 off. She (Olivia) was not interested in any type of customer service. would I return? Probably not this one.

I'm not sure this pharmacy is all that great. I've had numerous problems. Then they had to shut down due to a problem. You could not get your medication. This is t the only problem I've had there. I felt like I was the one who was inconveniencing them. Just a big mess.

I was told three days ago that I would have to come back today. I came back today, was initially told they couldn't find my prescription (it was called in by my doctor), then after waiting, they found it but told me that I would have to come back 20 minutes later! At least they weren't as rude as the pharmacist at the Centerville Location who actually questioned my need for this medicine! Seriously! Definitely looking for a different company to take my business to. I HIGHLY suggest that you avoid Walgreens
