Purchased new BMW from Lauren Frost at Voss Village. From test drives and ordering, through delivery and service, this has been the easiest process of purchasing any car I've ever owned.Lauren is a dream to work with making herself available around my schedule (even once on her day off) and going above and beyond to ensure I had all of my questions answered. You can't go wrong with this team.

Always get treated great at this dealership. Service is fantastic and if they get it wrong they immediately address it and take care of it. Have bought 2 new cars form Tom Wellbaum. He is knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend this dealership and Tom.

I have significant doubts about the honesty of the service department. I have an X3 with 24000 miles and was told it needed new brakes and new tires ($1,000 and $1,800 respectively). A car with 24,000 miles should need neither. I have owned Hondas and Toyotas mostly before and never needed to do brakes sooner then 70 - 80,000 miles as neither I or my wife are aggressive drivers. As for tires, never I have needed new tires in less than 50 - 60,000. I had the brakes done at Voss BMW but not the tires. There are 2 explanations for this situation. Either BMW make cars that are trash or the members of the service department are dishonest. On my inspecting the tires and measuring the tread depth I don't see how new tires are needed. I don't plan to go back to Voss for service or to purchase a new vehicle. I emailed Voss BMW but did not hear from them. This is an opportunity on this review for Voss BMW to explain how a car that is not driven aggressively needs new tires and new brakes after 24,000 miles.

I purchased a 2023 BMW from Voss Village.Since buying new cars since 1973, Lauren Frost my Client Advisor was superb in her knowledge, communication skills, and overall friendliness in the ordering process and the final delivery. Lauren was great in solving 2 minor I- drive 8 glitches. The best sales person I have dealt with in my experience!As a car enthusiast I would recommend Lauren Frost and the entire Voss Village BMW buying process from the Sales Manager to the Finance Manager.

I recently dropped in to the Voss Service Dept. with myE46 due to an unexpected 1000-mile road trip. With their usual efficiency and good humor, was able to accommodate me. The service tech Juan Sotelo who replaced my cabin air filter went above and beyond. This may seem a small thing, but it is very typical of Voss and very much appreciated.

I took my vehicle in for a routine alignment as it was pulling to the right and the steering wheel was misaligned to the left. The assigned technician, Juan Sotelo, was responsible for my vehicle. Before attempting the alignment, a courtesy inspection video was conducted, and the technician confirmed that there were no issues with the vehicle.After approximately two hours, my service advisor, Bryan Troyer, approached me with surprising news: the alignment couldn't be completed. Instead, I was informed that several suspension components needed replacement before the alignment could be performed. To my astonishment, the cost estimate for these repairs totaled over $3,000. Despite noticing some rust particles in one of my wheel wells upon receiving my vehicle back, I disregarded it.During my drive home, I noticed that the alignment was now the opposite. The steering wheel was cocked to the right to keep the car straight. Upon reaching home, I decided to inspect my vehicle to verify the claims made by the dealership. To my dismay, I discovered that one of my front tie rod ends was severely damaged, appearing to be chewed up, possibly due to improper use of tools. Furthermore, it seemed that the dealership's claims were greatly exaggerated and unnecessary.Regrettably, this particular dealership, especially its service department, has consistently treated me disrespectfully, and I've had no positive experiences with them. When I contacted Dave Duckson, the service manager, to express my concerns, he advised me to bring the car back. However, upon doing so, I was informed that the damage was considered "completely normal." After sharing the picture of the damaged tie rod end with other technicians I know, they confirmed that while the use of the tool might be normal, the way it was used on my vehicle was unacceptable and resulted in the destruction of the tie rod end. Additionally, the service technician proceeded to make false claims about multiple issues with my car that were clearly non-existent.I feel compelled to warn others about this dealership and personally, I will never bring any of my cars here again.

She was professional, friendly and quick to reply to our questions. VOSS BMW also gave us a very fair trade in value for our Audi A7. What a refreshing experience and we would gladly make the 3hr drive again to buy a car from this dealership!

Wow! Best car dealership ever, a real class act.Not only does Voss treat you well while trying to make a sale. But, they'll cater to you after your purchase. They really go above and beyond - such as sending somebody to your home to assist you in personalizing your new vehicle. Also, picking your vehicle up and leaving you a loaner when your car needs serviced. Yep, even for a simple oil change!!!The only downside is, they've wrecked me- I'll never be satisfied with the subpar treatment received from other dealerships again.If you want exceptional service before and after buying, then your in the right place!!!! As far as the vehicles go? Well, they're awesome too and kind of sell themselves!

My dad Larry worked in their body shop for almost 20 years until his body literally gave out on him. I called last week to let them know his funeral was this Sunday, nobody sent a card or flowers.

I cannot begin to tell you what a great experience I had at Voss BMW this week with Johnny and the rest of the service team. From scheduling in a timely manner, to the check-in process, to the communication of the work to be done and the cost, to executing that work in the time that they said they would, and then picking up my car and being on my way. I have not purchased cars from Voss in the past, but after this experience, I have no idea why I would shop anywhere else. It truly is a different culture than I have seen from any other dealership over the years. Congratulations to all of you.
