Greg was standing outside the dealership when we drove onto the lot and looked at the Trax. He immediately walked over and began a conversation about the Trax. He was very knowledgeable and patient in answering our questions.

I just bought a 22 Silverado LTZ and had the best car buying experience in a long time. I drove 3 hours to get the truck they had because it was exactly what I wanted. Joe answered all my text questions, Martin was a great salesman, and most of all, they made me a fair deal. Highly recommend Voss.

I personally wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy a Chevy. The vehicles are not dependable or durable. I purchased a 23 Colorado, it has been the the shop for over 20 days total. From not being able to take it through a drive through car wash because it dents the roof (which GM refuses to fix), to electrical problems, to brake problems. Overall a terrible experience. If it’s a simple fix they will do great, otherwise they won’t do anything. I am going to start with filing a complaint with the BBB about the dent in the roof from a car wash they refuse to fix and go forward from there. Hopefully can get it fixed before winter, if a car was dents the roof, I can’t imagine what snow will do to it.

Very unprofessional….. service department is anyways… we loved Aj and love the sales department….. but the service department is completely useless and absolutely terrible…. They made me come back up there after having my car for less than 2 hours.. said no loud noise…. Had me come up there during work, and show them the boise… we were in the car for no less than 5 minutes and he heard it plain as day…… I should not have had to do their job for them… They definitely do jobs half way, and have terrible attitudes… I am not the one to leave a bad review on a business we support, but they are terrible and should not be working on people’s brand new cars from their dealership….

Be careful dealing with Voss Chevrolet Used Car Sales. I was interested in a 2016 Colorado and we agreed on a price. I wanted a test drive and have a trusted mechanic look at the truck. The problem on the test drive was the gas gauge was on empty. I had to stop and get $10.00 of gas to get to the mechanic and get back to the dealer. The mechanic found several minor things that would need attention. The more costly was a problem with the front ball joints/bearings. When they put new brakes on it should have been caught. They agreed to lower the price and I agreed to buy the truck. My mistake was telling the salesman I was pre approval through Capital One. The salesman kept telling me they could get a better rate. I told him I went to Capital One to avoid multiple inquiries. He didn’t seem happy and told me I would have apply online with Capital One. I reminded him I did and was pre approved. I offered him the reference number, which he wasn’t interested in. He had me fill out an application and I listed what I paid taxes on last year and my nontaxable pension. Because I filed a joint return he insisted my wife would have to sign (a violation of Federal law). A spouse’s income can be listed as additional income. With 75% down lenders wouldn’t require the wife’s signature. Also it was approved without her signature. I finally got feed up with this run around and left. I doubt they will disclose the problem with the ball joints/bearings. If they don’t whoever buys this truck let me know I’ll be happy to testify when you sue them for not disclosing the problem.

The dealership was very clean and everyone was very friendly and informative. They found me exactly what I wanted within minutes, but offered to let me test drive other cars to see if there was anything else I would like.

Exceeded my expectations from calling to set appointment, being greeted promptly upon pulling into garage, having what I wanted done confirmed, being shown to the customer waiting area, a Chance meeting with a very nice lady who is in charge of warranty, & while she was there answered a question I had, to paying my bill & jumping in my waiting truck, start to finish, a very efficient, & pleasurable experience. Every employee I had interaction clearly put the customer, me first. I’ll be back!

Ryan made the transaction super smooth. All negotiations were done over email. No extra costs were snuck into the pricing which I really appreciated. I drove two hours because I didn’t feel like I was playing any games. At pickup Jeff was very helpful and continued to make it an easy transaction. David in finance was nice and not pushy. Which I really appreciated.
