Voss was able to work my car in on short notice, fixed my car and cleaned it in less than 24 hours! Always a pleasure!

Voss Cadillac has excellent customer service and work as a team. We bought an extended warranty and unfortunately had to take our car to another specialty dealer for repairs. They were awful and Voss stepped in and got the repairs done within the warranty! Thank you Voss Cadillac for going to bat for us.

I set up a service appointment last wednesday and told the lady I needed my front brakes replaced, a tune up and my Cadillac's idle was sticking a bit. She could get me in Monday at 1:40 and expect to wait for 1.5 hours. I showed up Monday and the tech greeted me with, I see you need a tire rotation and an oil change. Not at all what I needed. He then said he did see the service I requested. After 3 minutes of silence and him typing on his tablet and making a phone call he informed me they do not have the brakes in stock but could get them the next day. I set up my Monday to be able to get this service done and complete. Why would they not have the brakes in stock since they knew that was why I set up the appointment? My goal was to get my current car service so I could sell it and then buy a new Cadillac from them. I will never go back here and I will now never buy another Cadillac. The gentleman acted like it was normal that I should just come back the next day to have the service I came in for done. Talk about no value for their customers time.

What a disappointment & circus. Took car for simple service (oil, filter, alignment, and rotation) Asked for courtesy vehicle, none available for 3 1 month.... Dropped car off at 1045am - called at 3 to inquire about status of service. No answer left 3 VMs. Finally at 515 I get call saying come and get the car. Arrived at 530pm and it took 60 minutes just to be able to pay. computer could not allow me to get ticket to pay.....Service took forever to get keys and just check out for a simple oil change. I never leave reviews but this is amazingly horrible. I've had a lexus and have had amazing service experience yet voss Cadillac could not even print the ticket so I could pay and leave.No communication about hostages of the car and multiple apologies by the staff. It's taken 60 minutes just to pay for service. Not sure I'll ever come here again. Clearly the focus is not on the customer. I'd expected so much more from a luxury dealer. I'm better off using a quickie lube than this circus.Update:Took 1 hour just to check out. Staff could not get work order to close to go to cashier. Offered loaner, I said no thank you, offered to pay cash just to leave.... Had svc. manager on facetime trying to fix the issue. Everyone apologized however what a sorry service experience. Both car washes broken so car was not washed. Not a big deal but after paying $250 you'd expect the car wiped down and vacuumed.Finally:was able to pay. They discounted my service by $65. After I left the svc. advisor called, apologized, and offered to comp my next oil change. Asked that I call back to get coupon mailed out. I'll give Voss one more chance. So mad that I considered selling the car and just getting another lexus so I don't have to mess this poor service. Also the phone number listed on Google Maps is not correct for the dealership... Just one more example of lack of leadership and focus on the guest..

Stay away !!!Don't buy a car from this Cadillac dealer - Jeff Schmidt is a much friendlier and much more fair -Voss valued my trade 15,000.00 less than Schmidt today -Voss leadership picked an argument with me over the value and the general manager defended his new car manager - just poor management period
