I recently visited Vivi Nail & Spa and was blown away by the experience. The staff were incredibly professional, and the salon was impeccably clean. My nail technician did an outstanding job, resulting in a flawless manicure and pedicure. Prices were reasonable for the exceptional quality and service. Highly recommend for anyone seeking top-notch nail care.

my experience here was horrible. me and my mother went for my acrylic and pedicure. and my mother got a mani pedi. hers looked good but the guy was so rough with her massage, there was no enjoyment. starting with my acrylics, i included the inspo picture i showed her that has the white nails and the other is what i got. they are all different shapes and length. i was looking for medium, coffin. and i got neither. then she pushed the extra acrylic under my nail and did not take the time to buff the extra off. there was also a bristol from the brush imbedded in the acrylic (shown in the picture of just my thumb). the service was fast and neither my mother or i felt cared about, cared for or comfortable. on top of our service, the cleanliness of the place was just not good. they had stacks of paper visible to customers, old nail polish and stained towels. also, when she got done with my nails she had spilled a small portion of her acrylic powder onto the towel and proceeded to pour it back into the container from the towel she had previously buffed pieces of skin and nail onto. i would not recommend this place nor do i think it is a safe option for anyone to visit in the near future.

Their app is not good, tried to schedule two appointments one for me and one for my husband. They won't answer their phone. They did confirm my appointment by sending me a text but when I got there, they had sign on door closed until March. WHY DID THEY CONFIRM MY APPOINTMENT IF THEY WERE CLOSED???

Been here a few times. Place needs a thorough cleaning and tidying up. Staff is incredibly friendly, but nail polishes are very old.
