Awesome neighborhood. Its been over a year I moved in and except some initial hiccups where I had to deal with the township everything else is Great in here. The HOA team is really hardworking and always ready to help. Neighbors are awesome

Strictly went for pool time, mid-June on a Saturday morning. There's two pools. One seems warmer than the other. Plenty of chairs, but was filling up fast as the morning and early afternoon went on. Minimal shade available, so be prepared for a lot of sun. Overall seems like a very nice facility.
