The store is ok, not the best. I just have moved away from pink and Victoria Secret. I think their bras and panties have gone way downhill over the last couple of years. I went in for the semi-annual sale. I think I will pass next year, not necessarily the store it's self more the brand itself..

Went there today about 11:00. Not much in stock but I don’t blame the employees for that maybe they were waiting on a shipment? I do blame them for the bad service, I was greeted but when I went to check out the employee working behind the counter had her back to me, no problem she was working on a different task and hadn’t seen me yet. But then, another customer or possibly an employee, I couldn’t tell, came up to to the counter and spoke to the girl behind the counter and she was being helped before me. The employee behind the counter was scanning some products for the other girl and they were speaking to each other as if they knew each other personally.I could have misunderstood that whole interaction but I know for certain I didn’t misunderstand that I wasn’t acknowledged and wouldn’t have minded as much if I was at least given a “I’ll be right with” or “I’m sorry I didn’t see you waiting” seems like she was more interested in helping her friend/co-worker than the customer.

Costumer service was poor, I waited in line for 10 minutes and there were 2 registers open the First Lady was helping someone with a refund and the other lady saw me and the other women waiting in line and walked away from the register and started doing other things then went to help another customer, there was plenty of workers on the floor and it wasn’t busy .

Love there bras but watch staff here cashier tried to ring up my bra twice!!!also false advertising the buy 2 get 2 free you do not get free they still charge you for it when i asked she said we have to charge for a return fee !! So not free.. Very disappointed in customer service at this location will not be back!!

I get ALL my perfumes here! They are great, the scent lasts all day and I love the roller ball ones so you can get a bunch of different ones

I love pink and Victoria secret. They give a lot of stuff away . If you get the app you can see all of the offers. They have great sales and u usually can get something for free after spending a certain amount.. there clothes last forever and there return policy is good they don't hassle you at all. They give rewards and send you gift cards. I love them.
