The gentleman working made our experience smooth and easy. It was well-communicated and he transferred my services from ATT to Verizon within one hour. He made it an easy transfer! I’d recommend coming into this centerville site for a 1:1 service vs. online or over the phone customer care lines.

13 year customer and we are done with Verizon. We always get our phones through Apple because we do not like the aggressive commission sales people at the Verizon stores trying to shove product and service down our throats we don’t want. Now, we received a 35$ upgrade fee by buying and activating a phone we bought from Apple. I called 4 times this morning about that. 1st time the rep could not hear me. So I hung up to call back. 2nd call the man said he is transferring me to customer service then I am stuck in this CTI que where a male voice keeps telling the Verizon employee to transfer me to the correct department yet he is not there. The 3rd call had me talking to a lady who said she was going to work on the 35$ credit, then she hangs up on me. 4th call had a man saying the best they could do is 15$. AT&T or Spectrum, here we come. After 13 years, goodbye Verizon you ungrateful too big for your britches monopoly. Corporate greed at its finest!

Matt went above and beyond to get my phone back up. I had my acct info stolen and number transfered to a different phone. He tracked this down, changed things back and I'm getting ready to contact support to report the fraud. He fdd this as the store was closing and stayed after hours to help me. I was really appreciative and grateful!
