Shawn was amazing! He went above and beyond helping my husband and me. He helped us knowing that we weren't going to buy anything and he wasn't getting a commission. Give this man a really big raise!

Ordered phones online 3 days ago to switch back to Verizon. It's been a nightmare dealing with online. I was ready to give up on Verizon, last ditch effort was to go to the Verizon store. We were greeted immediately by the Store Manager, he showed kindness and patience from the beginning. He had Chris help us thru all the issues, switch overs etc. Almost 3hours later, Chris and his Manager went above and beyond to restore my faith in Verizon and get me out of the store with a working phone . He was so compassionate and understanding which helped so much considering what we've been dealt over the last few days. I highly suggest to not purchase online thinking it's an easier transaction. Do yourself a favor and go see Chris and his Manager! I would give them 10 ? if possible!

Mistakenly got 2 phones that I picked up from the lockers at the store, luckily they were still open and was able to return the phone I didn't want.

I had perfect credit. And started a phone line. I get into a motorcycle crash and am in a coma for two months. Missed my phone bills and they send it to collections. They wont pull it out of collections for me to pay the bill in full. Verizon is a horrible carrier. The coma was out of my control and they should make an exception for me and let me pay the company in full but they wont, theyre making me pay collections. 0/10 would not recommend. For now on i will go through at&t, tmobile or even CRICKET before i ever trust verizon again.

Verizon in general would get a negative rating but this store was honestly great. I was greeted right away. Didn't have to wait long to get help even though they were very busy. The person who worked with me went above and beyond to help me get everything worked out. I was there for a little over 2 hours and was very frustrated but the staff just stuck by me the whole time and didn't give up until everything was resolved. I appreciated that.

Verizon is essentially treating phones like a new/used car lot (very shady). Went there to buy a new phone (simple transaction), and in return got the upsell pitch over and over (trade-in old phone, add a new line, ipad, apple watch, etc… everything but the phone I was after). Followed by hidden fees on a sales iPad that only the salesman sees. No prices are listed on any of their displayed products. I finally walked out when told the phone was $100 more since I was going to pay out right (vice payment plan). I feel sorry for their sales staff, they are just following the company’s script to get as much money from you as possible. Terrible.Verizon is a snake oil sales company.

I was at this store a month ago, and the customer service rep was excellent. He was helpful and patient, and gave great suggestions. He explained everything clearly to me. Thanks Iverson for the best customer service!

I don't even know where to begin. Verizon in and of itself is a terrible service provider that pushes an agenda with its associates that takes advantage of the customer and is exploitative. I went with my husband today to purchase a new Iphone, not because I wanted to, but because once they push out new upgrades your older gen phones are now obsolete and perform at a much slower rate (not from user error but from company pushed updates that the older gen phones can't handle so they force you to buy a new phone every so many years). We get there, it was clearly a new employee, so I did try as hard as I could to curb my frustration towards her because she is just following a self-admitted script to make as much money off of us as possible. They attempted to talk us in to changing our family plan to their new "upgraded plan", which is not actually an upgrade and costs the same amount of money. With the upgrade plan, they actually take every phone's hotspot capabilities away and you would have to purchase the data to have that capability again, or get the jet pack. After telling her repeatedly we refuse to change our plan, and that if that is the only way to get the deal on the new iphone, we would just purchase the phone outright to skip the gimmics and fine print. She then told me (45 minutes into this conversation), they didn't have any of the options of phones that I wanted (I gave her like 4 different options because I knew they were popular and everyone was coming in to get a new phone), and that my best option is to go online to check for online only deals and order my phone that way. This poor girl doesn't even know that she is pushing a script from Verizon that essentially eliminates the need for her job. Verizon, you are the absolute worst. You are exploiting your customers by eliminating benefits of their current plans by enticing them with shiny new deals that will actually cost them money in the long run, while charging them the same amount as before taking those benefits away, and sneakily advertising a deal that is only accessible if you change your plans. I am beyond frustrated with this process. If I didn't think that the other providers weren't just as corrupt as you, I would switch today. I know that one person doesn't matter to a billion dollar company, although if enough people get fed up maybe you might actually quit being so shady. End rant.

I have never experienced the lack of customer service like I have at this Verizon. Would not allow a return within 15 days. Anything 15 requires all new accessories. So disappointed.

I bought and Apple Watch and they gave me the wrong band size. I called customer service and they said to go back in and I would just be given the correct band size. I returned the next day and they would not exchange the band. I have spent a few hours with Verizon/Apple support and was told the only option was to exchange the device. Okay, so I’ve been worn down and now I’ll just exchange it but they don’t even have what I want in stock in this state ? has been a bad experience and I just want them to fix the issue

A great experience. Iverson took the time to explain everything in great detail. He took the time to work through my phone difficulties and upgraded our plans and Internet service where the upgrade gave us much better service for less money than our previous plan. Thanks for staying late and being so helpful Iverson!

Avoid Verizon upgrades and trade-ins!We switched to Verizon back in January of 2023 using this location to trade in 4 phones with their Holiday promo and our service has been nothing but a nightmare since then! The lady that helped us at this location added 2 things to our account without our approval that needed to be removed once discovered. We also still only have credits in place for 2 out of the 4 phones we traded in despite saving all of the documentation for everything we did along the way. I have never been treated so horribly by a company before and at this point we will be leaving Verizon as soon as we can.

Been with Verizon 4ever. Would have given 5 stars but it took forever to get the safe open to get the phone we wanted out.
