I’m surprised this company is in business. I’ve had this phone since September of 2024 and they can’t seem to fix the problem with me not having online access. I created an account several times and it still gives me an error. I can’t conduct any business with the company because everything is required to be handled virtually. They won’t let you through to speak to anyone. And they charge you if you manage to get through to someone. Verizon is a HUGE scam!

I appreciated the service I got from Mr. Aubree (sorry for the misspelling). While everyone else just looked at me, he rose to the occasion and resolved the issue with my phone.

Unreal I just talked to a manager. I am instructed to do a factory reset on my phone because the negligence of this entire relationship started transferring my information from my 13 iPhone to my 16 supposedly last summer.
After at least seven, this is the eighth visit to a Verizon store. The pain started when I was originally buying my iPhone at Best Buy.
(Verizon) is under a world of hurt they're blaming it on Apple who cares anymore the worst service the manager so-called today at 1443 hours on sitting in my truck. I'm gonna try to make sure everything is saved properly. He had no advice to make sure that this was done I didn't even ask him to sit and wait to do it. I just wanted to make sure that all the settings were correct. I will do it on my own . This has been the biggest pain dealing with (Verizon) wireless again 2018 to 2024 I dealt with Best Buy the best service ever.
You should have your head examined acting the way you act he's about 6 foot three manager. He says I'm so P owed. I'm not even gonna ask him his name. You are the monkey in the wrench.
The last manager on duty and the other gentleman I saw in the store today helped me the last time. They did a good job I held off on my review because I ended up having to write the Better Business Bureau about this whole situation. This is costing me so much time and effort .
I have business to do and things to do other than deal with this BS negligence sticking a phone number on my iPhone 13 you have to be an astronaut to deal with this.
Never criticize condemn or complain, but not this case you don't have any business being a manager. This was done at the store level. Somebody took the so-called promoted phone number extra phone number. The customer service line 611 was promoting lying to me switching my plan at the same time they took that phone number and put it on my iPhone 13 while I was still trying to transfer the information to the 16 I've since returned the 16 by only riding the Better Business Bureau about it ridiculous I'm done. I'll do it on my own BS factory data reset it's coming up after I save all my stuff on my own.
Two weeks ago I was here. I was asked to do a review. I could not do it. The job was not done yet. I never badmouth the store level now I am I am so P owed.
Watch the lies of 23% of the iPhone market. They're trying to give these phones away and lying to you and switching your plans giving you higher price plans. Best Buy was doing such a great job of customer service. I never needed any help for years. they did not tell me when they made this trade that I was gonna have to deal with these store levels againnot even mentioning the battle between corporate stores and non-corporate stores unreal sir you ruined it there's your review.

I came to the store to switch from one company to here. once I started service with Verizon I went from having no soliciting calls to having 15 to 20 soliciting calls a day. I learned that Verizon sells our phone number to solicitors to make themselves more money even though it's a nuisance to us. furthermore I switched to Verizon from spectrum with my internet and I was promised either a Nintendo switch or a $200 gift card to home Depot. I chose the $200 home Depot card. This was back in April of 2024, it is now the last week of January 2025!! I have called in a dozen times to address this and I have came to this store at the Dayton Mall location about 7:00 or 8 times to address this and I am here now and this problem is still not resolved. switching to Verizon was the biggest phone/internet mistake that I have ever made! they're promotions and commercials make it seem so fantastic but do not be deceived! they tell you that you need to go to a corporate store to resolve your problem and every time I come here they simply call the same number that they give me and go through the same prompts that I go through at home when I call the exact same number!
I have asked for a manager or supervisor to speak with to help me and they keep telling me that he is on a phone call, I have currently been waiting for 20 minutes now with no manager assistance.
expect no help from this location and I give this place a hUge thumbs down with zero recommendations!!!

Verizon is the Worst. Company. Ever.
Did the buy out event on 12/22/2024. Was told we would have our previous phone plan paid off within 2 business days. On 01/26/2025 we received a bill from the previous company because it wasn't paid. We called customer service and went into the store. They assured us that we would receive a rebate via email by 01/28/2025. On 01/28/2025 we reached out again and were told that we would for sure receive our rebate by 02/02/2025. Here we are, and still no rebate. So I started a chat with a live agent who for over an hour assured me that she had processed my rebate and all I had to do was click a link and put in the promotion codes she was giving me. But none of them worked. Then she told me she would send me an email and when I told her I didn't receive it, she disconnected from the chat. So I called customer service AGAIN and now they are saying it'll be 8-10 weeks and we are required to pay 4 payments with Verizon before receiving our money. That was NEVER a part of the agreement. Now, I'm on hold again after talking for an hour on the phone trying to receive the $1444.58 I've been waiting on since December. Horrid customer service. Horrid company. Absolutely none of their sales team and service members are on the same page and they all give conflicting information. Plus, they advertise as having the best service but our reception was much more reliable with our previous company.

Terrible customer service I feel like they were just trying to get me out of the store as they told me that the issue with my phone can be repaired via Insurance claim and sent me to the nearest uBreakiFix for the repair stating that I could just walk into the store with no appointment needed when I arrived at the ubreak store they told me that I do have to have a appointment made online prior to arrival as they cannot take walk-in Assurance claims and that the Verizon store should have informed me about this prior to sending me there and according to that location they have had numbers of issues with people being sent to them for the same reason

Verizon is owned by Telecom, and they are a bad company, I just paid my $110.00 bill, I call to pay it because Their online systems were down, they told me they waved the fee, because if you pay your bill with Verizon it cost money, unless you do it online, **Yes you have to pay them to pay your bill** so today they took $15 from me and when contacted they don't know why they did, and magically they don't see 🙈 the deduction or transaction, ohh my Bank account says otherwise.. do not get Verizon..

I've been a long time Verizon customer and have always been happy up until now. In May we traded in my wife's iPhone 13 for a 15 and told we would get $690 credit over 3 years. When we brought in the 15 for the credit they told me there was an issue. The next month when we received our bill we only received $11.52 credit instead of the $27.87 we should be getting (I have a receipt showing this). When I called the Verizon line they gave me the run around (of course), but said it would be taken care of. Received this month's bill and nothing has changed. I called again and tried to tell me I have to upgrade my plan to receive that credit. I told them that was totally unacceptable. Also when we initially took the new phone home I discovered they added the $17 per month protection which I didn't agree to. I guess I'll look into AT&T since we have their internet. Stay away from this store, the personnel can't be trusted.
EDIT** I've filled out the form and there's been zero response to it. Why bother asking someone to fill it out if you're not going to respond? At this point, I'm looking to see if AT&T will pay off our phones so we can switch. I'm done with this BS.

Went to main and Stroop first. This store has always helped me resolve my phone issues. I went in July 8, '24. But no help, sent me to Dayton mall.
Phone is no longer reading Sim card. Then went to DM store and they said for me to call the company but my phone won't allow me to make or receive outgoing calls. I asked him if he could call for me but he refused.
So...dead in the water until I can make myself a nuisance with someone else's phone.
When it comes to renewing my contract, I will look around first.
Oh and when I looked at the back of my phone, it says 'refurbished' but I thought it was a NEW phone. Clerk said nothing about it being not new.
I've heard other people complain that Verizon is no longer offering the service they used to. Sad really, they WERE awesome.

After being a long time Verizon customer and being very happy with my service I unfortunately came into this store to add another device to my plan. The customer service person helping me decided to change my plan without authorization that increased my bill by almost $100 per month. I did not notice it right away because I was on auto pay. After a few months I couldn't figure out why my bank account was not balancing. I attempted to go in and resolve this matter to no avail. It turned out that both the management and the employee were just after the the commissions from switching a grandfathered account to a new plan. (I later found this out from Verizon Corporate) I did confront the employee and manager about this and they both lied to me saying that Verizon Corporate did this plan change. After many hours on the phone and two more trips nothing was resolved. Anyways I had to cancel my plan and go to a different provider that gave me a fair price. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!! There are other stores with ethical personnel.

I am at the Dayton Mall Location now and I spoke with a sales associate this AM
And they Thanked me for being a customer for over 30 plus years and had a great offer
He explained everything
And sent txt to my phone because I needed to get back with my Patients
I would go to Verizon store after work.
My bill has always been $ 66.43 for over a decade with a new phone the Bill would be raised $5 more
The sales associate Veronica was trying to be very misleading not showing me her device that she was working on when I asked to see it she turned it around and my bill was over $100 a month
I asked to see a manager.
A little while later a manager came and said that he was on a call
And really couldn’t be bothered and was very rude !
I explain to him what had happened and
I explained that she was not being honest and I ask to see another sales associate
At this time he said that they would put me back in queue
And I would just have to wait!
Then a nice young man Shawn came and I explained to him what was going on
then he went back and he spoke with the manager
then he came and told me that they would not help me with downloading the new phone that I could pick it up in about 10 minutes and their Express pick up locker
And I could do it on my own ??
At that time ,,,
I thanked him very much for his time
If I could give us zero review I would however The second sales associate did try to help me in someway but could not because of the manager and a associate Veronica

Not a good experience at all. I wanted to stop in and take a look at their Android offering. I’ve been using iPhone and Apple products for a few years and have been slowing moving away from their ecosystem due to work and other devices switches. The entire time I was in there, both sales guys seemed very pushy to keep me with an iPhone. I could understand losing “benefits” with my current plan by switching but I feel like there shouldn’t be a bias when you have a customer coming in to spend money. All it did was make me turn around and leave.
