Do not shop here. horrible experience. We ordered a chair and a couch in the month of july. The delivery date was push back and only the chair was delivered. Couch was pushed back again and never showed up. We called and they said that the couch was push back for a 3rd time to December 12th with out even notifying us. So it will take them six months to get our couch to us

Will not be back. Scheduled to get a couch delivered and paid for it only to get a call the next day saying that it was never scheduled and it’s not available until next year.
Don’t recommend.

Our experience was great! Our salesman John gave us the room to decide what we wanted and wasn't pushy, but was available to us to answer all our questions. We will definitely shop the Centerville location again. The delivery was quick and the team made the job look easy! Corteous, professional, In and out and no trash left behind!

If you buy their overpriced garbage furniture, don’t buy their “covers everything” warranty. It covers absolutely nothing. Springs were popping after a month of owning it (we do not allow jumping or walking on it and are average size). Then a screw started to come out on the leg and scratched our new flooring all up. You’re better off going to Walmart!

I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience with the delivery service associated with Value City. Overall, the business has been great, and the associates have been most professional, but I ran into some challenges with the delivery that I believe are worth mentioning.
Unfortunately, the delivery team was quite rude and, to my dismay, left damage to my floors. Navigating the aftermath was an additional struggle, as I had to go through the insurance claims process, which lasted over a month. Sadly, the insurance company did not cover the quote we provided, forcing us to absorb the loss to put the matter behind us.
To mitigate any potential issues in the future, I HIGHLY recommend documenting your property with a video BEFOREHAND. Having this evidence can be invaluable when facing disputes regarding delivery damage.

The delivery person was so professional and polite. They made sure I was ok with everything before they left.. they also made sure I was aware of different functions on my furniture and how to use them.
