I wondered why my prepaid parcels dropped of at the 45449 post office on Friday night were never scanned until the reached the main post office in Downtown Dayton two-days later. I politely asked Kellie (woman with rose tattoo on her inside right arm) about this and she told me to call their 800 number. I said "Well, let me speak with a supervisor as that would be a lot more expedient." Well, that's where things headed down hill. Kellie advised me they don't have any supervisors or managers that the West Carrollton branch; that they are in transition. She interrupted me several times as I was speaking "Welllll as I was trying to tell you about the managers until you interrupted me..." She then threw a few more of her little "jabs" at me. I kept thinking, "Wow, she seems to lack any manners, is rude and confrontational - - but she really does it with such a sarcastic flare that you almost feel grateful she sarcastically belittled you. One thing Kellie did convince me of - - was that there aren't any supervisors or managers at this branch, lest she be working behind the wall, away from customers?

Arrived to cash a postal money order (about a half hour after opening 830AM) around 9AM, window clerk was polite but told me they were unable to cash money orders until probably around noon. A bit disappointing as you expect services to be available at time of opening. Just a heads up for anyone that may be trying to cash money orders at this postal branch.

They delayed my mail/package stating "dog interference" I checked the property cameras. Saw ZERO animals/dogs/coons/ moles/squirrels. Didn't even see a fly or a bee.

If I could rate a zero, I would. For whatever reason, the person who is delivering mail to the EAGLE RIDGE APARTMENTS on Liberty Bell Cr (45459) continues to scribble out my son's name on the pink slips inside his individual mailbox, writing across it "No Mail" and "vacate apartment". WHY????. My son has completed FOUR of these pink slips and each time my son places it back in his mailbox, indicating that he is the resident, the mailman scratches off my son's name and on the back writes "Vacant Apartment". My son has not gotten his mail delivered for months. This continues to happen every time my son places the pink slip in his mailbox. He has a signed lease agreement! Why is the mailman who delivers to Eagle Ridge Apartments continuing to scratch out my son's name, and writing "No mail, Vacant". STOP DOING THIS. DELIVER HIS MAIL TO HIM!!! Now we are suspicious that this mailman is taking the mail, and purposely not delivering mail to my son. I have sent countless cards to my son with nothing returned to me and nothing placed in his mailbox at Eagle Ridge Apts for him to receive. Someone at this post office needs to fix this situation ASAP. Stop crossing out the names shown on that office postal service pink slips and start delivering the mail like you are supposed to. TODAY!!

The carriers here will NOT deliver your mail if you own a dog. My dogs are in a fenced in yard and if they are by the fence the carrier walks right by. First it was if they were at the locked storm door they wouldn't deliver, but now they won't even deliver if the dogs are at the fence.

Would prefer to leave 1/4 of a star. This is the second time I have had my packages delivered to the wrong house. Do they not compare the house numbers that are on my house in plain site, to what is on the address label? Nope that would be way to easy. Amazing the female carrier delivers my mail correctly, does a great job.Thank goodness my neighbor brought my packages over to my house. Suggestion have your eyes examed. Or just buy a pair of cheaters so that you can read.

I hope the lady at the desk sees this sign posted on here as well. This is why I don't come to the store. Kind of ridiculous. Try to drop off items Christmas time. And see this so I can't even drop things off because the ladies upset because i got more than five items to drop off. Had a conversation with management over a year agoon this particular lady and I thought that maybe she would be gone. But nope she's still works there

Horrible, unfriendly people behind the counter. Got mad because I paid with a 5 dollar bill and didn't get a have a nice day or anything. I was the only customer so no excuse for this behavior. Avoid at all costs. People there need fired
