The woman with the long blonde hair always seems rude and uptight. Every time I go in there to drop off a package like today 4/8/2024.

On December 413 oh, my sister and I went to the post office in Dayton Ohio on Ludlow. My sister who has Ms and uses a walker had several boxes to mail and needed help getting the boxes out the car. I am 70 years old and have my own health issues so I went in to get us help getting the boxes out the car. When I went into the post office there was no one in the post office but myself. I went up to the desk there was no one at the desk and so I ring the bell. A gentleman came back from the back and when I put my request to him he grumped under his voice something like he didn't have to do it and walked away. She came out with a then and was moving towards my sister when eyes and started saying to me that he would do it this time but he would not do it again. I responded that under the law was required to make reasonable accommodation. Which is present in the lobby showed that could make the accommodation. She gets angry and says that he's not going to do it to help her and goes back in When he comes back out to the desk he tells me that he's not required to help and that he has the American with Disabilities Act there and that he wasn't going to help me because I had a bad attitude. I told him that reasonable accommodations were not based on the attitude of the person and that he could not refuse to provide us reasonable accommodation. He said that he had the law there at the desk and he had been in and he had been told that he didn't have to provide reasonable accommodation I asked him to see what he was showing me he refused. I asked him to give me a piece of paper so that I could write down information he refused. I asked him for the name of his supervisor and he would only give me the first name and he said it real quick and then when there wasn't an argument pursued. And he asked me to he told me to leave. I told him I was going to file this complain Did not have to give and that if he could make a reasonable accommodation he was required to do so. That his present in the lobby was evident that he could make a reasonable accommodation was not based on the reasonableness. But I want to complain about this particular person at Ludlow and about his training. If he had said to me that he was unable to leave his post because no one else was there. That would have been different if he had said once he decided that he could leave his post to help me show that he could make a reasonable accommodation. If post office is going to routinely refuse to provide reasonable accommodations for whatever reason. provide services to the disabled then they should post that on their door so that people will know

I use this Post Office fairly frequently. In the past, I would have rated this USPS location at only one star. The service was slow. The clerks were not especially friendly or helpful. But in the last year, the entire staff has changed and the new folks are much better! They are much more friendly. Much more helpful. And much more pleasant to work with!

The lady with the last name Rambo is rude and acts like she's doing you a favor by mailing your items...i will never go back and I believe she has actually mailed something to the incorrect address purposefully. ..they've lost my business due to her services.
