Such kind and patient employees. Have never had a bad experience there. They have taken time to explain things to me and have helped me ship packages and renew my passport. Special thank you to Holly!!!! You were so kind!

Whoever the lady was working the counter today was very rude. We had several boxes to ship. In the past they told us any thing too big to sit on a counter that wasn’t being used. I dropped several in the drop box that I thought could fit. The rest were too big. My husband put them on the counter. She asked him if we tried the drop box he said yes but wasn’t sure if we had filled it or not. She then proceeded to stop serving the very long line she had to go get the bin and continue to throw our boxes in the bin. Saying for future reference the big can go on the counter small can go in the drop box. Thank you very much but that’s exactly why we put them on the counter. She was very rude and I’m glad I put fragile on some because she was throwing them. Next time I’ll put them in the drop box and when they get stuck because they’re too big she can dig them out. She needs extra help up there or an extra break because there was no reason to be like that.

The worst post office in the United States of America. Everybody on Windemere Street yesterday got somebody else’s mail every single person. We’ve yet to get our mail with important items when calling to complain the manager of that post office is extremely rude and does not belong dealing with the public.

They always seem to be understaffed. It takes forever to get through the line. The people at the front desk are rude and the service is terrible.

Continuously loses citizens mail, does nothing to attempt to rectify issues and cost people time and money they can't get back. At least they will be bankrupt in a few years. To speed this process up everyone should pay as many bills as possible electronically. Every stamp is just more money they will take from you with no accountability for their ever increasing incompetence and outright theft .

I got to the post office about 10 minutes before opening with 2 people ahead of me, it’s now 8:45am so the total time I spent there was 55 minutes. There to pickup a package. From the minute we were let through the door I could tell the worker, Holly, seemed to be irritated. She was unable to help the first the person in line and passed her off to another worker. The second person went through line and when I went up to the counter and Holly coughed a little bit. I was really just trying to empathize and help her have a better start to the day and I said “aww, it sounds like you have a lilt cold, I’m sorry.”Holly looked at me like I told her she had the plague, it was really hateful, and she snapped at me “no, I don’t”.From there I just proceeded to give her the tracking number of an extremely important package I wanted to pick up because the tracking link showed it had arrived at the post office. Our whole interaction made me feel small. I am disabled and I’m standing there with my body screaming in pain yet not showing it and not trying to make her feel rushed. But every question or remark she made to me was with clipped annoyed tone and expression. She wrote down my address and went to the back, maybe 15 seconds later she came back and said she looked in the bin, there was too much to look through, and I would have to wait for it to be delivered to my house. I then said that it felt like she didn’t want to any time to look. Her response as she literally waved me away like I was less than human was, “well, call the manager because that’s what he said to do.” So I need to go home and call the manager? What diffference would that make when I’m already in the post office and my package was there. So whether due to poor management per Holly’s statement, or to Holly maybe being new to the job, the least you could do Holly is treat me like a human being and not the scum on the bottom of your shoe.

Service has friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Wait is reasonable, given the volume of customers. 10:00 can sometimes be pretty busy. All in all, I think they do a good job.

There was quite a lot going on for the 45Min I was in there getting passports- from a customer yelling at the employees , a worker who was very hard of hearing, and even a young woman who fainted. Holly was so kind and helpful with my children, So patient with everything going on around us.

Never had a problem at this Post Office location. Friendly staff, no absurd waits, and they've always been careful with my packages.
