Employees inside aren't trained well enough to do anything worthwhile when it comes to trying to ship anything with the post office, or actual mail either. I get the impression they're just trained to repeat the same generic line instead of being properly trained. I'll go anywhere else to send a package but here

I had no problems returning an Amazon package. I recommend using them rather than Whole Foods for a return.

I choose this store to pick up any packages I miss from UPS. The people are always friendly and working to get you thru the line as fast as possible.

Went in to ship some Xmas presents to my family and the older woman in the store was EXTREMELY RUDE. Telling me that I was unable to ship our package because the "label on the box was confusing". I have had multiple issues with this location and will not be going back. There are alternatives nearby that I would definitely recommend over this UPS store

This ups store has gone downhill since they hired two grumpy old ladies who are nothing but rude no matter what the situation is. The owner is very nice, his young staff are all very sweet, but he made a mistake hiring those two grumps. They make the whole experience hateful and I am not going to subject myself to that just to save a few blocks drive. I'll go elsewhere, thank you.

Every time I visit this location, I'm helped by Kent. Perhaps he's a manager. I'm not certain. Regardless, he always have me covered! I returned an Amazon package, and he got me in and out after only two or three minutes. I've shipped packages out from this store, and Kent took good care of me each time. He even laughs with you if you need to laugh. Very appreciative of Kent! ✌

Someone was helping me right when I walked into the door. He pressed a couple buttons on the screen and said I'm all done, just grab the receipt and he took care of the package (taped it up for me in the back). I have an Amazon package returned in less than a minute. Great service and convenience!

Horrible service. The notary lady was very rude and unprofessional. She was refusing to notarize my paper, ended up getting it notarized by another UPS store without any issues.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I came in to drop off an Amazon return for a car part. As I was coming directly from the mechanic's shop, the box flap was open where they slid the defective part into the box. When I got to the counter I was "greeted" by a middle aged guy with tattoos and thick rimmed glasses (I did not get a name, but he is very distinct in his look). I told him I had a return from Amazon and he immediately said that he couldn't take the box unless it was taped. "Of course" I thought and asked if he could let me use a tape gun to seal it. He acted like I was personally asking to borrow money from him when he told me that he'd have to charge me for the "service". I tried to tell him that I had just come from the mechanic's and didn't have any tape on me, to which he said no again. Not how much it would be, not I apologize for the inconvenience, but just "no". At that point I was done dealing with him and let him know with some choice words just what I thought of his policy and customer service skills. An older gentleman (another customer) followed me out and offered to let me use some tape he thought he had. As he was searching his trunk he also remarked how rude this employee was. Unfortunately he didn't have any tape but that was fine by me, because I drove to a different UPS store on Wilmington Pike and they were able to help me in a courteous and professional manner. I will also add that while I was pulling out of the parking lot, that same employee with the glasses and tattoos took the time to come outside and mock me as I was pulling away. I gave him the double bird as I pulled out and he returned the favor. How this man has a job, I do not understand. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.
