Staff was condescending and lack appropriate professional behavior. It took three trips to the store to return an item. Staff was not accommodating nor polite.

When the manufacturer ships something to you in a "retail" box that's how it gets returned. Counter help lady at the store expected me to produce a box on the spot. LOL

Natalie went above and beyond to help me resolve a problem with Amazon shipping. She didn’t have to do it, she could have taken my order and not informed me of a possible way to solve the problem, but she went the extra mile. I am super impressed with her kindness and concern.

The most nice staff. I went in 10 minutes b4 closing and the lady and man was patient and helped me thru getting my label to print at their store. Very helpful

I have used this UPS store for several years off and on to ship packages and have never had a problem with the shipping or the service. I now work for a company that uses the UPS stores nationwide to receive large packages do naturally I went here first and set up a business account to revive the packages I need to get my job done. They have handled the packages professionally. I would recommend them to anybody needing shipping services.

I drive all the way there to return shoes as this was the drop box location, and they were going to charge me $2 for one strand of tape. What? USPS, FedEx, Amazon drop offs, etc. never do this and they always have you leave the box open so that they can see the returned items are in there. And never do they offer to do it for me as a courtesy. Not very customer oriented. I’ll choose to go anywhere but there from here out. It’s the principle of it- to be kind to your customers and to give exceptional care.
