I’ve shopped here (Centerville) occasionally for the past 4 years. I’ve not had any complaints, although I wouldn’t say there’s been anything outstanding about the customer service. Today, however, I had all four of my children with me and had an unusually poor experience. A few of my children were looking at/playing with cars at an end-cap while I was searching for a product. Not only did no one come over to offer me help, but an employee pointed out that my kids had left cars on the floor, prompting me to have the kids pick them up and put them back. I would have had them pick them up, had I known. I didn’t have a problem with the request itself, but was annoyed that it was made 10 seconds after they left the area. all about 5 feet away, around the corner, where I was still searching for an adhesive product. The employee stood and watched my kids pick up and pointed out where a few were so they didn’t miss any. Even after this, I was not offered any help. The cashier was less than friendly. At one point, she stopped scanning to stare at my toddler who was pulling a ball out of a display at the register. She did not continue scanning until I turned to see what she was staring at and asked my child to put away the ball. Total bummer, but I will not be shopping here again.

I have been to the Hilliard location once or twice as I live pretty close to that store but I was in the area visiting family and decided to stop into this location & I was very disappointed. Poor customer service, the floors are disgusting, the girl ringing me out was nice but seemed poorly trained & like she had never used the store's system. The layout of the store is awful and makes no sense. The shelves were dusty, some even covered in cobwebs & the bathrooms were some of the worst I have ever seen. The manager was no where to be found. overall disappointed in my experience shopping at this location and I will not be back. I dont recommend this location at all.

This place sells art supplies at great prices, e.g., Arches watercolor paper for 19.95 compared to 24.95 at Michaels or 27.95 at Hobby Lobby.They also sell scientific experiments.
