My experience with the Staff of Union Savings Bank has been remarkable over the past 7 years. Knowledgeable, friendly, caring and extremely helpful. We have our mortgage, consumer loan and checking accounts with this bank. They have our loyalty and recommendation.

Todd was incredible, no other way to put it! Todd was always available to assist with any questions we had (and there were a lot!). I felt comfortable to text/call Todd at any time and if he did not have the answer immediately, he would be sure to find out. I have used Todd twice now and if we ever have to move again he will be my first call. Highly recommend!!

I've worked with Todd Nerlinger for years through multiple refinances and a new construction loan. I'll never work with anyone else. Amazingly friendly, presents all options; worked with us through the entire process. He always treats my wife and I like we're MVPs even though I know he has many other clients. He is awesome!

I've worked with Union Savings for over a decade now and they have been the best lender for all of my clients. Many people come to me confident that they already have the best lender only to be happily surprised when they talk to Nick Adam. It costs you nothing to find out if you can save some money. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised!

Proceed with Caution!!! I was looking to get approved for an Investment property. I was directed to speak with Kevin Grooms. You could tell that he thought he was talking to a "Get me Done" and didnt want to waste his time. Ask me for all my information instantly to pull my Credit. Which you all know is a Hard Inquiry. He then calls me back and Says that his company dosen't lend money on distressed properties. When purchasing an Investment property, wouldn't you think that would be one of the first things Stated!!! And when I told Kevin that I was upset that it wasnt disclosed before he gave me a Hard Inquiry.. He responds was basically, So it is what it is!! So if you do business with this Company Avoid Kevin Grooms at all cost. He's just going to go through the motions and is not very proficient at his Job!!

We opened a joint account. We continued to have our money stolen and we asked them to put a block on the company. They claimed they could only stop checks so we closed our account and opened up an account with a new bank. Somehow our money got our back into this account and they tried to tell us that it can reopen itself back up. So not only did they fail to close our account but continued to allow our money to be stolen. Good job

The mortgage process was very slow. I started in July or August and finally closed the following March. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service for several weeks as they sold my loan and I was unable to change my billpay in time (my error), so a payment went out to USB. I've been calling since mid-May (almost a month) and either the numbers from their website don't work, the phone will just ring and ring or I get a voicemail. My loan officer made some calls and she told me USB would forward my payment to the new bank. Great! But so far that has not happened. One of the USB phone numbers on their website doesn't even ring! My new mortgage bank has also tried to get a hold of a person and can't. It's very frustrating! I gave two stars only because I got a great rate and I know that USB used to be a really good company....so I'm giving them some credit for that.

Union Savings Bank used to be an A+ place to do business. Lately their customer service has become simply terrible, and for the past 3 months I’ve left 4 calls at their corporate number and nobody has bothered to return the call since. This is no way to run a retail bank.

We had such an amazing experience with Julie from US Banks. She made the lending experience so easy and worked hard to get our loan through on time so we could close. It was like working with a friend who wanted to get us closed as much as we did! Can’t recommend enough!
