This is the best gym you’ll ever find. The owner and instructors are all amazing at their job! From day one I felt so included. I never really was into exercise before, but I am there every day because all the women are supportive and inspiring to be around. The classes are tough but so much fun! Every instructor gives modifications for low impact so no matter what level you are at you will get a successful workout in and leave with a smile!

Everyone from the owner to the instructors have a "family" mentality at Turbo Zone, from Day 1 you're included as a "Turbo Girl." The classes are hardcore but fun, effective workouts. I also love that classes are offered on a drop in basis for max flexibility. There are unlimited options available but I've never felt pressured towards any particular membership. Turbo Zone was voted Best Gym in Dayton for a reason. Love it there!

Finally found a place to call home for my workouts! Not only do you get an amazing sweat session for each class, but you build amazing relationships with motivating women! I started right after having my second baby, and very out of shape and felt welcome and able to workout to my abilities from day one!

My home away from home love all these ladies they have helped me in so many ways . These ladies the very first day I ever stepped foot in their gym made me feel so welcomed and didn’t judge me instead they made me feel better about myself with helping me gain confidence in myself to helping me eat healthier. You not only gain new friends but they make you feel like family with the love and support we show each other . So ladies if you are ready for the change come try the many classes at turbo zone . ?❤️?❤️?. So happy that I made my choice to walk thru their doors.

Absolutely a great place to workout! The instructors are fantastic, friendly and creative! They are willing to show modifications if needed and provide positive encouragement! I truly love this place! It has become my second home ?

I can’t rave enough about this place! The classes are geared toward ever level and the instructors are amazing. You feel welcomed and supported as soon as you walk through the doors. I love my little Turbo family!!
