On June 8, 2024 I had an appointment to get 4 brand new tires put on my car. I had shopped around and found that Tire Discounters had the best deal with the credit card (no interest for 6 months), the alignment, and the free oil change (that was publicized on their website AND in store). The gentleman proceeded to argue with me about the oil change and alignment stating it was a coupon and they wouldn’t be doing it. I told him unless they did it I was going elsewhere. He relented and gave me the deal. When I picked my car up I was told they didn’t complete the oil change because the filter was on too tight, they also didn’t reset my mileage on the odometer, and now that I’ve taken it in for yet another oil change I found out they didn’t even put the right amount of air into my tires!! I’ve been driving around on low tires since my appointment. Avoid them if you can! Discount Tire on Poe Ave is SOOOOO MUCH BETTER!
