I don’t usually come here to review or talk bad about anyone but in my case I was messed over so I want to talk about my experience on December 9th between the hours of 2:55pm - 3:00pm. The store was on the verge of closing for the day but I stopped in to drop off a package that needed to be delivered by that day. Ali was the employee who helped me. Ali had customers she was taking care of before me who walked in about a couple minutes before me. They were foreigners who likely went to the University of Dayton. They were trying to send a package off as well. Ali immediately had an attitude with them, raising her voice at them about the store being on the verge of closing. They didn’t have their ID to send off a package. The man gave her a school ID she told them this wouldn’t work and that they need to leave and come back tomorrow. The man pleaded that he had a friend who was about 5 minutes down the street who could bring the ID. Ali raised her voice again and said “the store closes in 3 minutes, we want to go home and i’m not keeping the store open just because you weren’t prepared!” As I said I usually don’t come and review but it weighed heavy on my heart to say something because it was wrong in the way she handled the situation. She then apologized to me that she lost her temper but it still doesn’t make it right. With that being said I had a package that needed to be scanned that day. I ran into trouble and money was lost because I was selling shoes to a vendor called GOAT. Ali was supposed to print off the label and box my shoes. Goat told me that it wasn’t scanned until the next day which was over the time it needed to be scanned or i would be penalized with cancellation. They cancelled my order and I lost out on a lot of money because she didn’t do her job because she wanted to leave so badly. On top of her not doing her job and costing me money but she was also very rude to her customers for absolutely no reason. I would hate to see this happen to anyone else but I believe Ali needs a reality check on how to treat people especially those not from this country.

Even though there was a rude woman there who wanted to take up all the counter space and time of the two workers Jeff was very helpful and swift once he was given them chance very efficient at doing his job .

I will never be back to this store. I'll drive to Oakwood or Centerville rather than go to this store. Rude employees that give wrong instructions and then get an attitude when you make a comment that they need to figure our a better system. I work customer service and I could never fathom speaking to someone who was about to give my syore money and wasn't being irrate with so much disrespect.

Every time I've been in there the workers are kind and tactful to the eccentric individuals that go in there asking wild questions, making wild claims, and trying to send strange packages. These specific UPS employees deserve bonuses for how smoothly this location operates, and how skillfully they handle the challenges presented to them. Please UPS, make these bonuses a priority.

Got my package delivered here for pick up, since I can’t be at home when it gets delivered. This store lost my package even though someone has signed the delivery. THEY LOST MY IMPORTANT PACKAGE.

I was at the store location 436 warren and the associates there where rude told me to get out the store because I asked if it credit or debt he proceeded to say just click the green button and it was credit which I didn't want to use as a business you guys need to have better communication and customer service this was highly ridiculous and unacceptable to be treated like this to say to a person that's purchasing something " I'm not dealing with this today get out my store is crazy is this how you run your business?? Called to see if they had notary and the cost. They do and it is $5 per stamp. When I showed up they asked me if it was real estate related (which it was) and they told me they DO NOT notarize anything related to real estate. When I asked why they didn’t say that when I called and they informed me “because I didn’t ask and they don’t assume people are coming for that reason”. Ryan was rude. I asked for manager, who was standing there the entire time, and he said while his tone was off that what I was told was correct. I won’t be back.

Each time I go here, the staff are so friendly and helpful. I really enjoy speaking to the employees and managers!

Dropped a package off here on April 18th and the package was not sent out for seven days. It has taken two weeks to get my package 6 hours away drive time. I will never drop a UPS package off at this store because manager there told me they are not UPS and nothing they can do. But the building clearly has a big UPS sign that can be seen from 4 blocks away. False advertisement.
